- I made a deposit of 150e here. I played couple of days and gambled on volleyball(high limits matches) and made around 350e. Despite that I was charged a 10% fee on a withdrawal ā with no clear warning in the system. I only realized the fee had been deducted when the money arrived in my account and a significant amount was missing.Yes the 10% fee is mentioned in their Terms and Conditions but itās applied arbitrarily. In my case I had clearly been actively playing which defeats the purpose of the rule. This fee is meant to prevent money laundering and abuse ā not punish loyal legitimate players.I submitted an official complaint which was completely ignored.
