- I initiated a withdrawal of £3650 on 13/04/2025 however I am yet to recieve my money. After a countless emails and live chat they have ignored me time and time again. My account has now been denied access and they are not providing me with a reason. The account was fully verified but as I am waiting for the withdrawal they have now suspended this. They do not pay out and they will scam you. I am lost for words and have no clue how I will get this money back. Live chat is the same AI responses and emails have not responded to me. They are cons. Must of tried over 10 times and in one of the attempts they credited my account with £50 then closed the chat before i could say anything. Very strange website.
