- Ive always enjoyed William hill but the last year or so ive noticed they arent paying out much. - Deposited £200 on the first day of opening the app only to get locked out of my account. Took me a while to find somewhere to get in touch. Once I finally sent an email they came back saying I needed to prove my identity in multiple different ways. As I’m working away this proved difficult. After this I had to send a picture of my bank card. I have finally got an email back saying my acount is active only to be met with the same message that I can’t access my acount. Been back and fourth emailing for about a week. Jumping through hoops to just get my £200 back and still no avail. I have never had this trouble with any other betting app. I would score it 0/5 if I could.

- I just felt bullied by the support there when i was opening my account. took me week to open my account because every day i had to start over same conversation all over regarding getting a phone call from them to open my account and after all the trouble they just opened through online support so they could have done that all the time..We set a deposit limit of €500 monthly and just when i was about to play the limit was €10 so i could not play tournaments and that was a part of some safe gaming thing or what ever it was and they would not change it...they never answer emails so just terrible experience bullying lying over all

Instead of monitoring the cameras to stop people on the moses scheme as thats not cheating its adhering to the rules and helping people who are suffering with illness. The whole business model of William hill is based upon addicted gamblers and if they stop all of them betting they would have to close.

- I dont know where to begin is it the AI chatbot that is not willing to contact you to a real customer support person. Is it that you are accused of abusing bonuses that are email advertised to you personally and dont work because suddenly you werent eligible. I was never told I wouldnt be eligible either. Is it that they dont want to give you a refund or taking hours in chat to figure out a very simple promotion related issue and after you finally manage to get a refund its suddenly 2x less than you were supposed to get.No this wasnt the only time I had issues here its pretty much everytime you joined a promotion. Always problems poor customer service blatant lies and accusing you instead. Fix your customer service stop accusing customers for your own mistakes. I was asked to read the terms yet they clearly didnt read them themselves as I too small refund and after I tried to get that fixed they just kept closing chat and a big ego guy comes up acting like a tough guy cause you are the problem.?
