Made deposits
- Made deposits all seemed welleven won £1800.However when withdrawing I sent documents which other casinos have had no issue with to be told I need a passport and utility bill. I dont have a passport and no utility bill under my name. Had no problems with other casinos with provisional license bank letter and HMRC letter along with photo of card used.Sorely disappointed and feel I would have been denied winnings anyway like many a horror story regarding online casinos and not just the lesser known ones.Has valuable lesson though and at least I had the satisfaction of playing off my winnings so the game providers get the majority.
