- Very unique casino as it has casino battles. There are battles that are freerolls and some you can join by buying in. Battles are fun yet can be quite time consuming especially the freeroll ones but its free so you cant really complain. They also have a huge variety of normal slots fast payouts and decent customer support.Losing one star due to most slots having drastically lower RTP than other sites I play on. - Been playing videoslots for a while. And using the site for my online streaming. I have made 26 deposits totaling more than 7000 GBP. (Not a single win) I recorded all game play over 6 sessions that lasted every time all of 5 mins. (8 bonus buys on fruit party - 40x biggest win) all on low 60-80p stakes. And literally the same script every time. Zero game play. And a win of 20x give or take when down to the last £10 then gone. Bonuses on the wheel are faulty. Free games unplayable. And then disappear. Stated this to customer service twice totally ignored. I have emailed customer service 6 times on each occasion the same response- - your just unlucky speech. Are games are regulated and random. Yet the RTP is Zero. Refuse to look into the issue raised. And when I complain to take the matter further I get Just a rude reply… do what you want they said. Great response after spending tens of thousands. I have since come to learn that my deposits are not even being logged on my deposit history but yes thankfully I keep all payment slips. As this is starting to become very suspicious. Zero compensation zero customer service and no regard for long term players. This is my last attempt at a resolution before submitting a formal/legal challenge to the chamber of commerce and a direct petition to the directors of the holding group. Let’s see the sometimes you win or lose reply. Without a care in the world. Or told to take a break from gambling and play what I can lose. (I can afford to lose) I expect to lose.
