• Dear VeryWell CasinoI am writing to you to raise an issue about: GamblingThe issue that I have experienced was: How can it be where a self exclusion has not been placed on an account when requested via email and allowed to make unlimited deposits despite having an unverified account with this casino. Also they have no complaints procedure and do not make it clear (only in the very small print about 3/4 down the much and confusing terms and conditions) although we can deposit no problem we are unable to make withdrawals unless we have a passport or driving license and proof of photos of yourself matching the ID as well as verifying our current address via utility bills which must be within 3 months of the date of your withdrawal.So after spending thousands of pounds before winning any amounts to be able to withdraw i find it impossible due to having no photo ID and other proof needed to successfully withdraw funds from this corrupt casino.I have been doubled up on amounts deposited I have been penalised when bonus during my games have crashed loosing the free spins won lost funds in my balance when had to rest and once signed back in the following day I have less funds than when I signed out. I have asked for self exclusion and it has been ignored with no regards towards a vulnerability of a customer. Win nearly 3k but then told my winnings had been confiscated as a game I played changed the bet from €2 to €4 meaning I breached the terms and conditions of the bet by placing bets that are too high. I explained I did not realise the game had changed the bet but all my fault and due to auto play a warning came up but every time I tried to stop the bets a new warning and then continued auto spin and new warning so could not rectify so got a bonus and classed as abusing the game!! Spoke to customer support no help then got a phone call from a personal mobile again blaming it all on me. • Ive already wrote a review about this site when I won 20k you have to put £20 per month and wager it by 3x. I won another 7k 😂 Ive actually withdrawn 10.5k so far and I can honestly say its been ok. It is a pain to get your money at first but they do actually pay out. I get 400 euros in my bank every 36 hours. It can be a pain and theyve done this so you just waste all your winnings but Ive gave my dad my account and hes changed my password. Im almost out of debt and couldnt be happier. make sure you make a resolut account because they dont pay in to any other accounts.
