Still no payout after 14 days – Tipico says “nothing can be done
- Title: Tipico refuses payout for 2 winning tickets – no supportI placed two winning basketball bets at a Tipico shop in Ulm on June 8 2025.Both tickets are still marked as “WIRD AUSGEWERTET” more than 14 days later.I contacted Tipico multiple times via email and Live Chat – no response to emails and chat support says “we can’t help you – ask the shop.”The shop employee already called their hotline and was told “nothing can be done.”I submitted an official complaint to GGL (German gambling regulator) and will follow up legally if needed.Total owed: €270.63.This is unacceptable. I do not recommend Tipico to anyone who expects transparency or fairness.

- They advertise their Account opening Bonus but after a few bets they limited me to 2€ and 12 bets a day. So now it is impossible to fulfill the bonus requierements and the money I won will be lost. You also get no help form the Live Chat. The only thing they say: Thats how it is there is nothing we can do about it.

- This is a scam dont do it. They trick you with bonus money but it is practically close to impossible to withdraw it ever. They dont advertise the requirements and hide behind fine prints. Once you put money in you might never get it back.

They have horrible promotions and they will hold your money hostage. It was difficult to withdraw from them and I would not recommend this scam Sportsbook. - My wife and I have one laptop we use to place our bets. Tipico says we are violating their terms of service because of device sharing and they threatened to confiscate our winnings. We cashed out and they made us submit copies of our statements and drivers licenses. Today they cancelled our accounts because now they say we both have 2 accounts because of the device sharing. Their customer service is terrible and they never respond.

- I came here again to write another 1star opinion. It is an absurd that I Bought a ticket in Hamburg and it cant be withdraw in any other place than exact shop where it was placed. Its ridiculous. For what you got hundreds of shops in Germany.

- Tried it for the deposit match deposited 200 was doing well wagering mlb I use round robins I was doing quite well there the first few weeks I mean nothing to break or make but must have them. They took away the option and would not return my emails. I find it sexist if my name was Seth not Susan they’d likely care for the fact fewer women bet on sports. Don’t Do It…
- This is a follow up from my review from March 12. Today April 13 I was informed by a supervisor from Tipico that my winnings from March 6 will not be honored. I was told they made a mistake with the odds and the odds should not have been that high. They admitted it was their mistake but they will not pay out my winnings. They also told me that the gaming commission told them to cancel the bet even though it was their mistake. Does that even sound right to anyone? I finally got my initial wager today after I complained and asked why they were keeping it. They initially said they paid it but that was a lie. If you have an account with its them I recommend you get your money out immediately and delete the app. They continue to rip people off and not pay out when they owe a lot of money. I’m not the only one for this particular bet they owe a lot of money to a lot of people.

- I won a bet with a payout of 520$ on March 6. As of this writing March 12 2023 the bet has still not been settled. I emailed after initially waiting two days yet received no reply. I did a live chat and although the person was nice could not explain why the bet has not settled after day 5. He gave me this bs about someone has not verified or this person he thinks has not authorized it as of yet. He was not sure but that is what could be happening. This all sounds sketchy to me. Could they be in financial trouble? I would not be surprised. I would also not be surprised if they went out of business soon. So if I were you I would immediately get your money out and delete your account.
