• On 18 jun 2025 i posted a review were tip-top told me to contact them so we can settle this problem.I did send multiple emails but again the casino is ignoring every email i send.. The support says you got a personal manager.. and again when you email the personal manager they ignore my emails.Tip top how are we going to solve this problem?You guys told me we can arrange an agreement but you are ignoring every bit of contact.Stop the nonsense and response to me with a way to fix the problem!

• Do not open any account on this site. The bonus are fake and you cannot use it. So simple it is.Since I have been asked to provide more information I use this space to confirm what I have already said and I say it better. There was a bonus on casino that was applied on my account when I have opened but once that the money that I had deposited was finished I realised that the bonus still there on my credit balance was just a number indeed I was trying to bet but my bets were rejected. Asking to the chat an operator told me that I was trying to bet with no funds available PROVING that the bonus was just a number for the naif people like me who believed that was money that could be used in the casino. There was indeed a bonus of 75 euro but the funny is that I could use it only after having deposited 3000 euro! Just the standard response so had to figure it out myself.
