They withheld funds ask for documents bank statements pictures of credit cards when you ask how they protect and look after your data they dont bother to answer. They are taking private and confidential information as well as withholding your withdrawels. Read all the other similar complaints and you realise they are not to be trusted. Please do not deposit your money here unless you never want to see it again. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS....They only let you withdraw 500 euros and the maximum you can win in one day is capped at 5000 euros. I mean what company other than a scam company would conduct itself in this way.

- DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a fraudulent company! They have taken money from my bank accepted it and let me play then when I try to withdraw my winnings they are saying “your bank is not accepted” haha!! Honestly a nightmare and I’d avoid at all costs wish I’d have seen this review section before I deposited here. The bank transaction come out and is showing going to a foreign account under some mad random name! AVOID AT ALLLL COSTS! I work in a court so will be sure to take this further and make sure this SCAM company is shutdown ASAP!!

- Avoid this terrible scam and unethical casino. Over 15 days I have sent a request to close casino due to the reviews and also fees charged for deposits! They have replied once and said email does not exist which is a lie. It seems like they ignore requests to close accounts to encourage people to gamble which is worrying for those who need the controls. No option to close on your account which is very poor no level of play protection. Please avoid.

- Scam they still your money avoid at all costs.I have requested a 450pounds withdrawal 2weeks ago I still did not receive anything. I keep sending them emails everyday and they keep saying that the payment has been done and should arrive shortly. 2 days ago I threatened them to bring my case to the gambling commission if the money does not arrive they have since then closed down my account without telling me. I can not use it anymore or reach their client service.Besides I credited my account first with 100pounds but apparently the payment was failed so I had to do another one. At the end my betting account was credited only once but my bank account charged twice 2x100pounds. They refuse to refund me.Don’t hesitate to send your case to the gambling commission they steal money to everyone and need to be stopped.

- I made numerous attempts at making a deposit as when I had tried the money wasnt showing in my account stupid I know. 3 of the 5 deposits made it to my gaming account but all 5 left my bank. When asking customer service about this they denied it at first but then when i proved it they said its on its way back to me. Days 7 and still waiting. Avoid at all costs this is a scam website.
