- Just dont. Buy yourself something nice instead of throwing your money away at this casino. They are just grabbing as much money from players as fast as possible before more states ban them and the government catches up with the loophole they are using . If by some mistake on their end and you do redeem you will get burned on taxes after you receive a 1099-misc in the mail. Be careful

- My wife won a lousy $300. It’s been over a month. We’re still waiting for the same redemption once I get my payment I will not play here ever again other sites pay you within 1-2 days even though they say 3 to 5 days.Horrible way to run a business I could see if I won 100 grand. It’s a lousy 300.

- This site is extremely hard to hit on and finally after getting $100 to cash out they are taking their slow time to pay out. Will not be making any further purchases and if this isnt remedied within their 14 day policy Ill be taking matters up with the bank and requesting full refund of all funds Ive put into this site for as far back as possible. Look at the reviews of others to see this is a common practice if theirs. Ill change my review only if and when they pay out what they owe me

- They do not pay redemption they keep telling you is going to take 2 weeks then after the 2 weeks it will just keep on and keep on they make excuses they will not pay the redemption at least I havent got money and its been over two weeks I have no idea whats going on with that you cannot call him when you live chat with them they just keep giving you the same thing they tell you the same thing oh were escalating to a manager a manager never talk to you so I would never ever recommend this website to anyone

- Im going to be honest and transparent about my experience since playing at the Money Factory. This company is not a scam as many claim. Like others Im waiting for a redemption from May 29th. I understand that problems occur which is why Im being patient. This is the third time I have experienced a slow redemption but they always payout. I think this company could be one of the best if it processes redemptions promptly. Yes Legendz payout within seconds Rolling Riches within 2 days Modo 2 days or sometimes same day and Crown 2 days but The Money Factory is still a place where you can have fun and win money. Yes I gave them 5 stars because they are a legit business. No they did not pay me to write this review nor did they give me free play. I would recommend this business to others but I will also let them know that redemption is slow.
