If I could
- If I could I would give them 0 on ā. It has been since Aug. 3rd that I submitted my redemption. I received an email from their company stating that my redemption would be processed within 0 to 72 hours (3 days Max). When I go on their site to talk to customer support you get an AI bot named Finn. She claims that support is not allowed to talk to me about my redemption and that my situation would be escalated to the correct Management Team. I have not received any follow-up emails or anything from any team. Finn also claims that in some instances that it can take over 30 days to pay out a redemption š³ Excuse me??? If youre looking for a place to play I would definitely not recommend this site at all whatsoever! I heard that Trevor Pope is the owner and Trevor might be running a Ponzi scheme with this online site! Not a trustworthy place to play! I will never deposit on this site ever again!!!

They take way too long to redeem
- I have been waiting for two weeks for a $450 redemption. When I reach out to customer service they say it can take more than 30 days. No other sweeps casino takes anywhere near that long. Most sites take only three days or so. I hope they pay out eventually.

- I always found it odd that the few times I Cashed out that it took as long as it did. A month ago I had wins of $100& $800 & withdrew. Once it got past the 3 week mark I came onto here & to no surprise I saw all the bad reviews. Hoping to contact my bank for a chargeback on my account for the deposits I made. I feel for all of you who got stiffed by The Money Factory.

- I submitted a redemption on July 18th. The policy quoted to me when I checked in by chat was that it could take up to 10 business days. It is August 29 and still no redemption. It has been āescalated to managementā for over 3 weeks. The redemption isnāt even that big a few hundred dollars. This is insane.

- I like the fact that I won 2000 here BUT what I didnāt like is the fact that when I went to withdraw the 2000 it took more then 14 days a month passes by still NO funds. I emailed them a lot and still nothing. I canceled the withdrawal and asked for $100 to be deposited to Skrill and then $200 to my bank. Itās been almost the full 3 rd day still not a DAMN thing. Crown coins is WAY faster in redemption thats for sure. It took them only like a day to get my redemption.

- i had 40$ on my account when i was looking for a game to play i noticed i was down to 10$. i did the live chat with them i didnt get anywhere actually i was blocked from doing the live chat. theres a glitch win there system and there was 12 plays at 2.50 each on my history all at the same time...i didnt make those plays i never go 2.50 a play...

- Im having the same problem that everyone else is having Ive been waiting on a $500 redemption since August 2nd. At this point all Im getting is copy and paste answers. Nobodys giving me any explanations nobodys telling me anything and I keep getting told that a manager will contact me via email within 24 to 48 hours but that was a week ago and I still havent heard anything back from them yet.

- They supposedly processed my redemption on August 13th. Itās been ten business days and I have not received it. My bank says they donāt show anything pending and they also have not received it. When I send a message in chat they tell me they will send it to management and someone will get back to me but itās been awhile and they do not ever follow up. I honestly think they didnāt process it and I will never see what they owe me. Just lies after lies after lies!!! Smh. Bad enough I had to wait almost two months for it to be processed and now just more headaches. Then have the nerve to offer packages for me to give you more of my money. Yāall must be out of your mind! Worst experience ever with any casino I have ever dealt with.

- If I could give a negative star review I would. This has been the absolute worst experience Iāve ever had. My account was verified prior to my redemption request the 14 business days have come and gone. Iām always met with the same scripted response then after the 14 business days Iām told it will be escalated to a manager who will respond to me within 24 hours Iāve never received a response With any detailed information as to what is going on aside from there behind which isnāt an excuse considering they have no issue taking my money immediately but canāt seem to process their redemptions in a timely manner very unprofessional. I will be reporting this company every way that I can Absolutely horrible.

- Terrible service period customer service the worst just give pre made answers and management that is suppose to contact you doesnt and they just lie. First told can take up to 72 hours for redemption. When that came and went I was told technically it could take up to 14 business days per the policy there now that has come and gone still waiting then I see in messages now it can take up to 30 days so what y not just say that to start and I. Pretty sure that 30 day policy came after my redemption was put in and after I was told 14 days there just either lieing about stuff out right or there changing the policy just to fit the lies and deception the place runs off off so beware do not use this site and Ive never had an issue at any other sweep casino besides this one literally not a single one and I play at a pile of them this is by far the worse.
