• Not even worth the 1 star. I have now been waiting 4 months for a £400 withdrawal. Each one bouncing back into my account after the 21 days. Live chat is useless and very unprofessional. They have paid out once on my very first withdrawal but obviously that is just to lead you into a false sense of security.I have emailed multiple times but have never received a reply. I can only assume the reason for this is the high volume of customers trying to get their money.I have now reported this and I see others have too I urge others in the same situation as me to do the same. This excuse of a company needs to be shut down as it is clearly illegal.

• Awful customer service. I was speaking to an online customer service agent name Stark about an unsettled bet which meant to be settled long ago. I asked him a reason for the delay and he came back to me with an answer read the information. When I replied him read what information then he started making some worthless funny comments like do you require coffee with the information. • I won £3175 and withdrew it on the 26th of April I have seen lots of people struggling like I have to actually receive their money. I won’t lie it doesn’t look good I will ever receive my money.Update:I did have a withdrawal from last year which Superb DID pay out for I’m not sure if they have changed companies since.Further update:I managed to speak to the Livechat and similar to others I received the “7-21 working days” etc chat.Another update sorry: I like most have been getting the same “7-21 day” message on live chat but interestingly I only received an email confirming my withdrawal on Saturday(10th of May) which is strange.Last update: I still haven’t received my money i also received a £50 VIP cash back from them. I have emailed them and told them I won’t be using it or depositing anything till my winnings come in.Last update: My last update before I change my rating I spoke at length to live chat about my withdrawal. They said they’d check to see if the account they send the money to is correct I am a real person and also if the games I played I cheated on. Now the last one is important because I didn’t touch the casino it was ALL bets so it shouldn’t take this long. I questioned them several times about if they can actually afford to pay me and are they bankrupt/in administration …worryingly they couldn’t answer I told them I had left reviews and their ratings are bad which they stated was from “competitors” to give them a bad name. I assured them this wasn’t the case. Final update: I still haven’t received my money after 22 working days I have been in contact with the gambling commission and have reported them. I have attached 32 screenshots of deposits live chat conversations and withdrawal request which I sent them along with the 20 questions they asked for. • Ive had the weirdest experience here today.I had 400% bonus so 20 became €100. Wager €4000. Didnt get far lol.On last 77 cents hit 3 scatter Le Bandit. Slot was insane ended up with 28 spins(!) and only 2 rainbows and on 2 full yellow fields hit only bronze coins. Twice!Ended up with a 54x (010 spin)Went to support to ask for replay cause the game doesnt show history (red flag)..Got no response so I thought lets try again..Spun into another bonus within 5 spins.
