- Site had zero issues with letting me deposit but every time I tried to withdraw funds it would ask for verification. Now this is completely fair to ask for but I passed the check multiple times and it still just kept asking me to repeat the same process. The chatbot is fairly useless and the response times for a real rep are abysmal but both said I had no restrictions and yet I had no solution. Word to the wise: never put more than the minimum deposit on a gambling service for your first try. I could afford to lose the $25 I put in managed to double that a few times(so at least the gambling is fair as far as gambling gets) pulling out $50 wont make or break me so I cut my losses and just closed the account after a last hurrah. I have tried many other sites and have never had this poor of an experience withdrawing funds. Im not here to advertise for any of them so I wont name them but there are ones out there with zero playthrough for bonus funds and they also have instant deposits/withdrawals. Others can be really slow for withdrawals to hit the funding source but at least they eventually hit your account and at the very least know why you might be having issues.This isnt even an issue with Wyzia Financial as no other site using Wyzia has given me these issues. Its not an issue with them using Flicks as verification as Ive used Flicks in the past for other things and had no issues. This is purely an issue with SpinGenie. I wont go as far as to say its a scam because with enough time with support my issue may have been resolve but if its this difficult to get a 2x payout on your deposit none of which was bonus funds why would I trust the site to honour a jackpot?There are more options than ever to gamble online in Ontario this is one I would caution people to avoid.

- I received email that SpinGenie is offering 150 free spins if I join and deposit minimum payment of £10 So I joined in became member deposit £10. Soon as I deposit payment deal of free spins disappeared. So I got in touch with customer services telling me that management decided that Im not eligible for free spins total coning. As right on beginning I felt that is something not right i started recording my screen with including free offer is never received and conversations with customer service giving me a very dodgy excuse why company decided that Im not worth receiving what was promised. I wish that I can upload this scam I recorded so everyone can see how dodgy this site is.

- I don’t recommend this casino. You are only allowed one pending withdrawal and they take days to process it so there’s no point in playing anymore since you won’t be able to withdraw if you are lucky enough to win. If you do manage to get a win on this site be sure to withdraw all the funds. If you leave some in to play with and win again they won’t allow another withdrawal

- Received an email from spingenie advising I had 150 free spins on big bass bonanza which I played and won just over a couple of hundred! I knew the wager was 60x to be able to meet the requirements and be able to withdraw any remaining funds! I kept playing and playing and got winnings up to just over £3000 which was still all showing in bonus balance played a bit more then. I came off and left it that night. I went on the following day and showed I had £2700 real money and £17.17 bonus balance. Kept playing to try and use the bonus balance to then be able to withdraw the winnings in my real money account. However the bonus balance just wasn’t budging. Spoke to the chat team the advised on different games to play to get these redeemable points required spent over £1000 of the real money balance on trying to get these points and not 1 single point. I was fed up of it and clicked on the cancel bonus of the £17.17 which did cancel and left £1700 in real balance as I assumed I have met wager requirements. Requested withdrawal 19.5 hours ago and still received nothing!! No communication by email or the status of the withdrawal still just sat at requested! I’ve spoken to the chat team and a care manager and keep receiving the same generic standard responses! We aim to process in a few hours but sometimes this can take longer due to extra checks and so on. Then because I am questioning when I will receive winnings which I have won fair and square by meeting requirements I am asked why I want the funds so quick is it to pay bills etc! I’m furious and stated certainly not and just expect winnings to processed quickly and efficiently like any other reputable company I’ve used in the past. Same day payouts within minutes of requesting the withdrawal.
