• I had a balance of $332.00 requested a withdrawal request was denied because they could not verify the bank card I used to make my deposit. They then asked for bank information which I submitted. Again it was denied because they don’t deal with my bank. So I am screwed out of $332.00. Can’t find a phone number that someone will actually answer.

• If I could rate it no-stars I would. I looked up best online casinos and saw this was on the top 10 list so I tried it out. I won a little last year and went through their verification process and was told it was a one time thing. Fast forward six months later and I won $1200 and attempted to cash out only to be told I had to re-verify and send photos of all the credit and debit cards I had used on the account. I explained to them that I dont use my cards anymore just Bitcoin and I do not have those cards anymore and had to replace them. They still insisted?? So I just dug out photos of the old cards from last time and send them 18 separate times!! I kept waiting and waiting and getting told over and over that they hadnt received them!!!! 18 times! FINALLY after a full month they got back with me and told me they needed a marriage certificate and credit card statement ect? WTF?! I was LIVID! By then I had played my $1200 down to just $100 and after finally getting re-verified I was able to make the withdrawal. However it took them two weeks to approve it and Im still waiting on the payout. As Im typing this Im actually checking on the status via their live chat (which all the reps say the say thing were going to escalate it ect ect from an obvious script) oh! And Im being told I need to continue to wait. PLEASE dont waste your time or money here! There are tons of great instant payout casinos out there so dont be duped by this one!

• Withdrawing money is your main concern. You have to jump through a lot of hoops and their bonus is basicallly a loan. So if you deposit $100 they give you an extra $350. And later you try to withdraw $500 they take the $350 out.The games themselves are just okay. Ive won a few bigger wins ($200+) but ive also never hit so many scatters that give me less than $5I wouldnt reccomend it but I do give them credit the customer service reps get back to you quick.

• I have been in an online chat for almost a week trying to withdraw the winnings from the account. They want so much information from you. Bank account number routing number swift number. Too much to list. When I questioned about an international wire I wasnt given a straight answer. They said that they are not a scam site. Then I find out that they are in Costa Rica.
