Paid me nothing. Support ignored every time

• I should have trusted my gut..I’ve waited 13 days since my July 1st bets (Reds vs Red Sox Tigers vs Nationals Phillies vs Padres) ended and Slips still hasn’t paid me my winnings. These were individual wagers..no parlays on three different tickets. All three hit perfectly. Yet Slips refuses to pay out.I’ve emailed them three separate times. Each reply was the exact same generic copy-pasted fluff about “potential delays due to weather or data feeds.” Wrong. These games ended data was updated publicly and there were no issues reported anywhere..and definitely not to me. It’s been radio silence on resolving my money. It’s painfully obvious they’re dodging accountability.I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I gave them a chance to escalate my case. But this is beyond amateur. I’m done trusting them and I’m doing everything in my power to warn others that this is not a reliable platform: money-in does not equal money-out.

• I would give a better rating if the bets was worth something let me tell what I see right now for bets. Carolina Hurricanes and Washington Capitals so win or loose you do not come to the good bet $10 then you are charged $1.50 for fees if you win you only win $10 . Now that mess makes no sense I thought with betting if you win you should come out to the good but you do not here . Now I have won a Little over $200 but its all been from promo codes that gave me free cash to play . But each check I have got I have always made sure I never withdrew over $20 or $30 . I got $48 more free cash to plY and once gone I think I will be deleting my account

They are legit just mobile deposit BOA

• I came up here and read comments and was scared. But me being me I went ahead anyway. I’ve gotten 2 checks so far. I went to Bank of America and they told me something wasn’t right with check. So I talked to the branch manager he told me to do mobile deposit cause sometimes the banks don’t have all the research to do everything. So he said if I did mobile headquarters can find out. So I took picture of check to do mobile deposit and it went through with in 1 day. So they are legit and Bank of America is there bank. Only problem is I’ve won over 3000 but only able to cashout 310.00. Like I’m only getting 10% of winnings

• Much like everyone elses problem I receive a check that I am unable to cash. My bank says it is an issue with the check provider AKA Slips which I trust seeing its an issue with everyone. Hopefully this company makes it right or gets sued/shut down.

Was able to cash the other 2 alright but like I said never received my 2nd one and have sent several emails but the only response I get is a automated one and I has referred several friends and family and am now regretting that although most of them due to seeing the responses in my emails and not getting my second payout is no longer using it. • If I could give zero I would have. While I will say the site itself was fun when it came to the important stuff they are horrible. I sent for a payout on January 9th. Not even a big payout $68 as of today feb 8th I have still received nothing. There is ZERO customer service. I have sent 5 emails to the help line and in ALL 5 cases the site responded with a message telling me my payout would arrive in 7-14 days and every time I stated that it had been 15 days or more. Save your money no matter what you win Its just not worth the grief.

Got payout check fast but worried it’s fake

• I got a promotional message from slips offering $100 for nothing so I am thankful for never actually depositing. I used the $100 credits from their promo and ended up winning $52. Okay cool. So I requested my winnings on 12/27/2024 and surprisingly on 01/03/2025 I received a check in the mail that came as certified mail. I tried to mobile deposit it because I don’t have a real bank and it wasn’t approved. So I came here and the BBB to read reviews and I can only think that they probably sent me a a fake check. To anyone who actually received their payout check what was the outcome of your situation?? Does anyone know what I should do with this check because I don’t trust it and Don’t want to bring it somewhere to attempt cashing it. Who should I report this to?

• Completely Unprofessional scam service.I have used slips for a while and might i say this “sportsbook” is the most unprofessional and greedy site ive ever used. They charge you a substantial fee for literally everything.Deposit $10 pay $2.50 in fees. Place a $10 bet pay $2.50 in fees. Withdraw $20 pay $5 in fees. This is incredibly ridiculous and makes no sense. Not to mention they allow you to “bet” on games that have already ended meaning that if you accidentally bet on one of these games your funds will be locked indefinitely as it will say “waiting for match to start” but since it already ended the bet will never settle and will just sit there with your funds on hold. Customer support is nonexistent and never responds. They will immediately respond to your first email and reply with “please provide us more information” and then will never contact you again. Every aspect of this site is a complete scam and waste of time. All they want to do is steal your money and they will. Completely untrustworthy unprofessional and unethical “sportsbook”. You can deposit in all types of ways (paypal debit card bank transfer) but can ONLY withdraw via check in the mail that will never arrive. If the check does arrive theres a 95% chance that check will bounce and you will still receive nothing. These people are shameless and greedy and this site/app needs to be shut down.
