At first scrooge was a great casino
- At first scrooge was a great casino. I made it up to Gold and was treated like gold but then I self excluded because a representative was both pushing this gambling site and Jesus on Facebook and I know enough about the Bible to know that the 2 do not happily Co exist with each other. Anyways I decided to let that go and removed my self exclusion after a short 3 weeks maybe less only to find I was knocked down from gold to silver and now Ive been bumped all the way to start. I noticed on my decline that this place only pays well if your the higher of the rankings as I NEVER WON NOT ONE SINGLE TIME when my ranking fell below gold not even at silver did I win. Then again Ive only won here and withdraw maybe 3 times 4 at most and never any substantial amount. The rep on FB is always boasting about the put the money to charity well indeed it goes someone because its never returned to the player I can vouch for that..Im deleting my account as they have proven to live up to their name.

- Zero stars this is the worst casino i have ever come across and theres quite a few!!! I have never hit a bonus feature and I cant barely squeeze 20 cents out of a single spin and I played various casinos. Its like the machines set up to take all your money now the variety of games are my fave but its trash!! I never ever won and its not normal not right especially when I was new so I stopped playing here for a long while and actually forgot about Scrooge being that theres nothing to remember since the slots trash but my favorite casino that I always have won daily on is sadly now restricted in my area so I was searching for new casinos and Scrooge popped up so I decided to give it another go which per usual got not a dime on a single spin even after trying various different slots!!! So on to another casino people this one is a scam it dont pay every spin is more disappointing than the one before!! Now when I see Scrooge I automatically know Im never getting a win the rtp is got to be set on -100 so play at your own risk!! THEY DID FINALLY PAY ME
- I had a redemption request rejected by Scrooge on Monday morning. They said it was due to them needing further verification on my bank cards. So after lots and lots of redos and 100 emails later they paid my redemption tonight. I wanted to update my earlier review of this casino. Apparently theyre using some new verification software and even though Ive been verified on there for over a year I was told the new software flagged my redemption request for needing further verification. So its taken care of and they did pay me. It took them 2 days to answer me as to why it was rejected in the 1st place but they did finally answer and now Im fully verified AGAIN. Havent decided whether Ill play here again yet but i wanted to get the word out that they did pay me. This site is about getting the truth out there so thats what Im doing. I put the redemption in on the 12th and they paid me on the 17th.

- Scrooge casino didnt want to pay out my winnings after they had already paid me once for 230$ then one week later I won 750$ and they then were asking to verify my cc and bank account which they couldnt verify because they say PDF of an fdic insured bank due to their statement creation software is not ideal for an audit process. Cashapp and PayPal as an example are not FDIC insured banks in themselves. Said statement does not need to be related to the above cards it allows validations against a bank that does verification checks prior to the allowance of account creation. Where the likes of PayPal Cashapp etc will allow creation under any names without proof. N LET ME REMIND YOU THEY ALREADY PAID ME THE FIRST TIME NO ISSUES THERE THROUGH CASH APP!!! NOW THERES AN ISSUE!!!???... I SPEND MONEY WITH THEM ALOT!!!... AND THEN THEY LOCK MY ACCOUNT AND NOW I CANT LOG IN AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAIL AFTER I SENT THE INFORMATION THEY ASKED FOR!!!!... - What went wrong is that they didnt pay out my winnings. The reason was because i couldnt verify debit cards which i had used in theyre casino but thsts because i had lost them . When i finally did get the proper documents through the guidance of Casino Guru they said they never received then when im fact i cc myself when i sent them the documents. They run the casino as if they care about their players when in fact they dont. I jave recommended family and friends which i now regret doing. Im going to share my experience of Scrooge casino with them so they wont go through the same thing as i did.

- UPDATE!!! and a quick one I am now fully verified and have put in another request for my cashout I should be good to go! SCROOGE is awesome!! It honestly only took a few days but the Scrooge team was on it kudos to them!So I have been with Scrooge for a while now I buy a lot of packs here and havenāt had a cashout until Saturday June 21st for 690$ but my first ever redemption was rejected and they want a lot of card pictures and statements from me sometimes this is a painful process the waiting game you all know! - If i could give 0 Stars I would. I want to start by saying I am already KYC verified. I cashed out last year. I won free spins on Friday 13 2025. I ended up getting enough to cash out $120. I used PayPal to cashout the same way I did the last time. You cant redeem on the weekend so I waited until Monday to check the status. I received an email stating that I needed to send in my documents to verify (which I already was verified) my redemption was cancelled. So I immediately sent in my documents waited a few hours and the i received an email that stated only Your account has been closed for Violation of TOS. Thats all it says.. No reason nothing. My accounts are ALL in MY NAME ONLY no one uses my accounts no one has access to my accounts. I have emailed 5 times asking if i could please get an explanation or at least send in other documents if that was the issue so we could fix this sent a message on Facebook and as you can imagine NO RESPONSE!!!!! They replied on Facebook with email support.. I wouldnt waste your money on this casino. I rightfully won $120 and got my account closed with no explanation. Ive talked to a few other people in a Discord channel im in and they have had the same experience. Beware they dont care about their users.
