- I’ve put $10.00 other and the game sticks then my money is gone I’ve tried reaching out to customer service but there’s no such thing with them so I basically hit rob ed of $10.00 I don’t understand why the app is so faulty and no help. - I was in middle of a game when I was kicked out. I tried to log back in but my password no longer worked. I request a link to reset password about 30 times now but not once would I recieved that email. Then today I noticed I had recieved 2 messages from there staff. One stating that Im a premium tiered player and the other stating my 750$ is now in my account and can be used. I had quite a few tickets for the draws and it sounds like I had won on one of them and believe now that is why I was kicked and blocked. Sites like these should not be in business and there licensing companies should be looked into as well. So frustrating everyone just wants to steal and scam. Hope this doesnt happen to you there are better sites out there and youd be smart to find one of them instead of this one

- I used to think this Site was Excellent it was the first site I made successful Withdrawals from! So it was my go to. But then Came a time where I had withdrawn expecting the process to be like Everyother successful withdraw Id done previously. But no it was not they asked me for for proof of my withdrawal method which was to my bank account. No problem sent that Asked me for I.d no problem sent that proof of address Sent that . But after sending all the information theyd asked for I waited and waited and waited and as time went on I had Zero response from them. So I emailed them multiple times asking what the process hold up was they said my withdrawal was with there processing team and that theyd email me once the funds had been released 😑 !! Safe to say I never received my funds never Received a email response back from them after that!! Its now been monnnnntths since I last heard from them Ive Emailed them so many times its not funny and still they dont reply its only $900 dollars my previous withdrawal I did receive from them was 3k which is why I assumed thered be no issues my account is verified theyd received all relevant documentation theyd asked of me they solely choose to just give me no response!! Disappointing Ruby Fortune!!

- I played at Ruby Fortune for years and usually got a withdrawal at least every 3 months or so. Then Ontario took it over and said only people from Ontario can play there and its honest and trustworthy. The rule only applied to Ontario You have to give them too much info. When you play at land based casino you only provide ID if asked. This is bull. I didnt play there for about 2 years when they opened under Ontario only and played my favorite games and got lucky and cashed out 3000 no questions asked then a couple of back to backs for approx same amount. It has been months almost a year the games I won on are so tight and when you get free spins it freezes up. It seems to monitor what I won on and tightened them really bad. I hate it now and they are corrupt and laundering money I think. I no the difference in my favorite games and they are rigged not to win. Their new games are really bad too. - Just so everyone is aware. Once you start playing and all a sudden it refreshes the page again and not by you doing it your self you can kiss your money goodbye. It’s like it will only let you win until a certain percentage then it refreshes on its own then your wins are less and less I been playing for awhile.
