- On August 18th Real Spin admitted in writing that my exclusion request should have been processed within 10 days that it was not and that this was their error. During that delay CAD $80700 in deposits were accepted. By their own policy this is a breach of responsible gambling obligations and those funds are owed back to me.After that Real Spin messaged me privately and said they wanted to resolve this directly and act in good faith. Instead they went silent. I gave them until August 26th to provide a resolution. Three months and more than 30 emails have been ignored. Live chat only repeats āsend one more email.āMy AskGamblers complaint was left without a response and marked unresolved. My Casino.Guru complaint was also ignored and they were issued a warning. This operator does not care about accountability.On August 26th Real Spin confirmed in live chat that repayment will be made. However they have not provided a date or repayment schedule despite repeated requests.The breach has been admitted the amount is clear and repayment has now been confirmed in writing. This is no longer a delay. It is refusal after promising repayment. I strongly warn players to avoid Real Spin and any casino operating under this regulator until accountability is enforced and the return of deposits is made. August 27 2025 Still No Repayment Despite AdmissionsOn August 18 Real Spin admitted in writing that my exclusion request was mishandled and CAD $80700 was unlawfully accepted. On August 26 I was told a repayment plan would be provided but nothing has come.That means:ā¢ Breach admitted.ā¢ Funds owed admitted.ā¢ Promise broken.Three months 30+ emails and live chat loops of āsend one more email.āThis is no longer about review. Itās about repayment. The money is owed back and regulators are now reviewing Real Spinās behavior.
