• I have been playing for over year finally I hit big over 25000 and I could not get my money. Its easy to make a deposit but hard to withdraw.

• Played for an hour or so today and then requested a withdraw in the amount of $212. Upon requesting withdraw I was prompted to send $10 to my crypto wallet for “wallet verification” which I did and I was requested to perform identity verification as well which I did. Both were successful. However my $212 withdraw request was cancelled and two new withdraws were made on my behalf. One for $200 that says “manager withdraw” and one for $12 which says “coindraw withdraw” which is the method I requested for the full $212. Of course I am unable to get any kind of live support even though their website says they offer 24/7 live support- that’s false. I have emailed several times and no response has been given. I would stay away from this place as they basically stole $212 from me.

• Back on April 1st I actually won ($7500). I had to make 3 withdrawals of $2500 because that’s the most they’ll pay out at 1 time. I also won $975 Slots of Vegas and $480 in Ruby slots (both sister casinos of Raging Bull). As of today on day 70 I have received only $2500. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard “ it’s being escalated “ or “ it’s on finances end “ or “ you’re in the next batch of payouts “. I have thousands of dollars in these casinos. • This site has really good games but make it extremely difficult to verify your information for redemption. I have followed all the steps and communicated with live support multiple times. And it’s been 2 weeks and my information still hasn’t been verified. I think this site is a ripe off. Thank goodness there are other sites that make things a lot easier. • This game is a scam! I decided to deposit $30 to see what it was all about. No where did it say I had to play almost $3000 before I could get a positive balance. So I lost the $200 I won. I played 14 free spins and won a little bit of money but it said the play off was almost $500. So after I did that I went to cash out. I verified my identity with my drivers license and photo. And it took me to a page that wouldnt load it says maybe the address was wrong. I tried again and again. Nothing. Reached out to customer service. They told me I couldnt Cash out $90 because the minimum was $100. I read the terms and service and it clearly says $20. I went back to chat and had to wait over 30 minutes for another person to tell me something completely different. That I had to play the free game until I had over $100 to cash out. I played off my credits not winning another thing after waiting hours to get though the play through amount and then over another hour with customer service This game is a scam! The first time I won $2000 and waited over two months for them to pay out…request from them were non stop even though I had been thoroughly vetted and verified by them. I eventually played again and used up all of my winnings. I waited about two months and it looked like they had been bought out by another company so I thought I would try them again. • Probably the worst site I’ve ever used. Immediately had technical problems and could only open one game support asked for a video which even after cropped the file was to large lost my chat 5 times the promotion I selected wasn’t honored and another offer to get a $50 chip by adding site to my Home Screen didn’t work either. Totally understand gambling is a risk but no excuse for any of this nonsense I experienced the 1st time I even tried this site. All of these problems occurred within only 25 minutes of using the site. I don’t recommend. • Oh just like everyone they took my deposit 30 gave me 75 credit and I won 1000 I got chase account online they recommended waited one month for my first bank statement they said my statement was denied because I only transferred $25 to that account and I used it and they said no money was in my account now is this to prove that I have a bank account or how much money I have they said I have to have 20 bucks in the account BS i’m gonna try one more time even though I know what’s gonna happen they’re gonna come up with something else I told them they lost me as a customer. I’m an avid gambler. I will never use them again. They make you jump through hoops thinking you’re gonna get your money but you won’t.

• Just like most people here I was unable to withdraw money I won. Customer service gave me a reason that was ridiculous and said I forfeited $750. Nobody told me this until I contacted them almost a month later. I wont deposit money into a game that denies redemptions. Its a big scam!
