I have been a customer with Priced up…

• I have been a customer with Priced up for a month or so and have found them to have fair prices on sports and a well rounded website with some good promotions.I have also made multiple deposits and withdrawals in that timeframe with even a nice win happening to me on one of their casino games some weeks ago. Their withdrawal process is also very quick and efficient.However on Friday the 11th of July after logging in to their website I noticed that my balance of £350 had disappeared from my account.After investigating my account and viewing the transaction history I found that someone had accessed it and placed 2 large bets on some live casino game effectively depleting my balance. There is no chance that this breach was made by myself or someone in my household and I can only believe that the account/ website has been hacked remotely or they have some kind of internal leak which may be more worrisome. I have asked them to investigate any kind of remote logins that may have occurred. I can also confirm in totality that this is no case of “gamblers remorse”.I immediately contacted Priced up however responses have been slow and unforthcoming with me being told that it would be investigated but no-one from the investigating team has been in contact with me. I agreed with them to suspend my account immediately.The reason for my low review is this I would expect this breach to be investigated fully and to at least have some clear communication and an update from the relevant department.I will update here at a later stage once I have been notified of the progression or outcome of this case.Update: 16th JulyPriced up have completed a full investigation and resolved the issue.

• Avoid this site as you will end up stressed at the lack of contact when you need support. The blocked my account when I tried to withdraw £50 to my bank account and kept asking for statements with full details (which they list) on. As bank statements are now on line and most bank accounts do not have all the date on their online statements it’s difficult to meet what they want. So now you are in a difficult position because you cannot supply information which is not on the statements. So they keep your money.
