Withdrawing money impossible because of KYC hell

• When I tried to withdraw my money they asked for KYC again and Ive been in an account verification loop since. Ive submitted my document many times over on the website over email and through their 3rd party KYC partner but my account is still not verified. Impossible to speak with an actual person when reached out to customer support and all the emails they send you are generic and usually dont apply to your situation!

Froze my account

• Froze my accountafter freezing my acocunt due to a negative balance i instantly deposited so it wouldnt cause an issue only for them to then leave my account frozen and they wont answer emails asking me to use the support but never get transfered to a human even after 2 hours

Unable to verify Gov Docs in France2 Unable to confirm address3. Please reply to email which we did. Then message email no longer operatingBack and forth. Complete waste of time. It is a complete scam. Run out of India. Scam centre of the Universe. Avoid at all costs.

Frozen account : Avoid PokerStars – Untrustworthy and Unfair Treatment

• I created a PokerStars account and immediately ran into technical issues. The confirmation code they sent to my email didn’t work. After multiple failed attempts and a lot of frustration I finally managed to confirm the account.Once inside I played some live blackjack and actually had a good experience — everything ran smoothly and I made a small profit. I then requested a withdrawal.That’s when the real problem started.Shortly after requesting the withdrawal PokerStars closed my account without giving me any explanation. I didn’t receive any email telling me why and they refused to pay out my money. I’ve reached out to their support only to get vague copy-paste responses referring to “internal risk assessments” and claiming they don’t have to tell me anything.They keep hiding behind their Terms of Service and won’t even confirm whether my withdrawal was processed. I will now be forced to take legal action and report them to the Malta Gaming Authority and European Consumer Centre to get my money back.Do NOT trust this platform. If you win they might just close your account and keep your money. Stay away.

Thats the worst offender for me...when slots have reduced versions that decimimate a players balance to force more deposits (Sickening practice).Far too many casinos (90% of them) many have went down the road of greed rather than player retention...I try to play elsewhere with the highest available RTP settings on the games I wish to play.Theres also a few providers missing since I last played at Pokerstars (Novomatic/Greentube) and just wish there were a larger selection of providers in general.Other than that Ive has no problems with Pokerstars and my withdrawals (Like most casinos these days) are in my bank in seconds!But yea those nerferd RTPs Need to go EVERYWHERE they are!There is not a single excuse a casino rep can come up for this.

• After over 20 years of loyalty to PokerStars I’m compelled to speak out due to ongoing and worsening issues that have made the platform nearly unusable — and the lack of response from support has made it even more frustrating.The software has consistently been unstable on macOS for years regularly freezing and crashing especially when multi-tabling. These crashes have cost me valuable hands and even entire tournaments — sometimes involving thousands of dollars.Hoping for better performance I recently switched to a Windows system. Shockingly the experience is even worse. During a recent tournament my cards were invisible — I couldn’t see my hand at all. I reported this immediately and even provided screenshots… and now five days later I still haven’t received a single reply. No explanation. No apology. Nothing.This lack of basic customer support is unacceptable.To add insult to injury deposit issues persist as well. I’ve been unable to deposit over £20 for months and despite reporting this previously the issue remains unresolved. How can a platform handling millions daily not fix something as fundamental as deposits?PokerStars once set the standard for online poker. Now it feels outdated unreliable and indifferent to its players.
