• After putting complaint in playojo have done nothing to help.I still haven’t been paid the money from my account playojo response is sorry nothing can be done.I had all screenshots of transactions even one from playojo saying it’s time to upload documents to make withdrawal easier why send this if it’s only me that uses account and only one card to deposit.I think there is more to this as if maybe someone that works there has access I have raised complaint with gambling commission I will update when I know what’s happening

Over £6000 owed

• I had a few big wins approximately 2 weeks ago totalling around £17000 and ever since i have had nothing but problems The max you can withdraw in 1 go is £5000 and you can only have 1 pending withdrawal at a time so i withdrew £5k and waited for this to clear before withdrawing another £5k and the same again. 1 of these transactions reached my bank account 1 of them was returned to my OJO account and 1 was sent to a card that i did not put on my account and is unverified. After checking my banking on ojo i discovered there were 3 cards for depositing when i have only ever added 1 the 1 i have always used for depositing the other cards were added soon after my big win. I chatted on live chat to explain all this and it was admitted that this was their fault (I have screen shots of the chat) and was told this would be escalated and i would hear back via email fast forward a week and i have not heard a word from OJO even though i have sent numerous emails to support also my account has now been locked because they say i have deposited with 3 different cards which i have not my account has been hacked which i believe they are aware of because a withdrawal of £1700 was made to 1 of the cards which is not mine and i asked them to intercept and stop when i still had access to my account which to be fair they did and i have received this. There was also a withdrawal for £1000 which i received an email from Olga in support saying this was returned to my ojo account but after a day it hadnt been and now as they have locked me out of my account i cannot see if this has been returned I cannot use live chat and I am getting no reply from any emails i have sent. Do not ask me to reach out via support as if you look you will see i have sent countless emails already. I did not want to go down this route but as i am getting no acknowledgment whatsoever i have had to and if needed i will take this to the Gaming commission

Fast Deposits - Painfully slow withdrawals

• Lots of games. Have ran into a couple games not rewarding the correct winnings and showing 2 different wins. Haven’t gotten compensated for them oh well. They are very quick to take my deposits but extremely slow to withdrawal despite documents being up to date. I’m not sure I’d recommend this site to anyone. Their advert clearly states you are entitled to 50 free spins with first deposit yet i got an email saying management decision was made not to give me any bonuses or rewards and no explanation why........Please avoid this site like the plaque . Sub-standard customer service delivery

• Customer of several years ongoing issue for 12 weeks. No contact or support replies only when chased with scripted phrases & answers but still no solution or agreeable outcome. Always polite & friendly but no tangible action. Also no real formal complaint procedure - instead it appears to be structured to continually fob you off rather than leading to an escalated solution. Reading the reviews I now see this is the standard experience. It directly contradicts with the published customer service policy and aspirations. The site is professional & slick but the customer support is poor and amateurish. My advice - there is a ton of competition out there - plenty of choice to avoid this brand. Recommended to all to move on elsewhere and play where you are appropriately valued and treated with respect.

• EDIT in response to the response from Play Ojo. I appreciate the response as im still yet to get any response to my emails. I will update my review accordingly as and when help and support is provided. Im really disappointed as I have been enjoying the odd game here and there but Friday night i built up a balance to £139 went to withdraw £130 the withdrawal page after I confirmed just kept loading and loading after 15 mins of waiting I closed the app and re-opened my balance was 66p (maths aint mathing). I contacted customer support who claim to be on hand 24/7 to no response until early hours of the morning when I was sleeping stating it had been escalated but no explanation. I couldnt respond as they closed the chat. Ive sent several emails no response. I went on yesterday checked gaming history etc to see that a bet for £130 had been placed on roulette!!! What! As if. It was the money I had attempted to withdraw. Im so disappointed. Im still missing £139.
