• Completely rigged I was playing video poker and updated my bet from 5 to 10 dollars but was only receiving payouts as if I was betting 5 dollars. I didnt notice until I hit a full house and straight flush and the math wasnt matching the pay table. I would completely avoid this casino they are complete frauds.

• I wish I would’ve read some reviews about planet 7 before I spent any money. I tried to verify my ID. I sent very clear pictures of my ID and they denied it every time saying the pics were too blurry. But I took the clearest pics possible using a camera stand and high quality camera. But every time they would say it’s too blurry. Eventually after about 5 times they said I couldn’t use that document to verify my ID. but they only have 2 options drivers license or state ID. And I only have an ID.
