I have played this game for years I…

  • I have played this game for years I understand advertising after a level is completed but the commercials that like icy hot and others every time I try to scroll for a word is too much! They pop up now at least 4 times or so in a single level I am done!

FRAUD…turn the other way

  • Their system crashes about two weeks ago. I haven been playing WORDSCAPES over 5 years now and lost all MY ADFREE ICONS CROWNS BUTTERFLIES game and ANIMALS are gone. Bought HOLIDAY ICONS and ANIMALS and IT claim they cannot do nothing about it. I spend over $200 dollars in buying products and coins. I had over 700K in HEARTS and over 3.9 Million in Brilliance that took me 5 years to accomplish. It took me over 2 years to max all my animals to level 7 and now they tell me they can do nothing about the animals. Keep getting ā€œWe are working on itā€ for the past two weeks. VERY Disappointed in PEOPLEFUN.

Many issues with this game

  • Many issues with this game. When there is an issue you can not get anyone to respond to the issues. I tried to reinstall the game when I had issues which is supposed to save your progress it took all my coins and helps away. It tries to get you buy them so I figure its for money making that it does this. Im pretty fed up with fighting through issues that arise and getting no response from the helpline.

Support is the worst of all games out…

  • Support is the worst of all games out there. Stay away. If you have one problem they will not only not fix it completely but tell you they cant after more than 5 days. What game does that. Dont waste your time. If you do any word games avoid this company. My phone had a problem 3 times. I played over 3 years. Their support would not only NOT give me everything I earned but also take their time in responding to you. What a JOKE.

PeopleFun Customer Service makes the game a frustrating experience

  • Chris S has a completely different experience with PeopleFun customer service. I strongly suspect the review since customer service is such a poor experience for both me and everyone I know who plays Wordscapes. Bluntly put customer service is simply horrible here. Players stay because they enjoy their teams—not because they are treated well or even adequately by a poor and poorly run CS department. There are so many problems and frustrating decisions made by PF all for money and not for customers. One example is the continuously popping-up piggy bank ads to buy their virtual coins. What makes this worse is that those of us who paid to eliminate ads are now getting ads very frequently. PF said they are not ads but ā€œgame features.ā€ Yes they think we are unintelligent which is at the heart of the awful CS. PF is NOT a trustworthy company. Do something with your CS people especially Kenny who is massively insulting.
