• Im going through a similar situation with this casino. I won a bonus and played that bonus - I won nothing but A few euros... The promotion ended and with those remaining euros I went to play other games other than the ones in the promotion.Since the promotion had ended it was possible to play with other providers with the money that was left. I took a prize tried to withdraw and an error window appeared. I contacted support via chat she told me that I would have to make a deposit in order for my account to be eligible for withdrawal. I made the deposit and the error continued. I contacted chat she told me that i had to have at least €50 in my account to be able to withdrawal lol Another person helped me with support and said that I wouldnt be able to withdraw the bonus money because I only made the deposit after . But now after the deposit any money I earned would be available for withdrawal. I went to play the €50 I won with a bonus. I lost everything lol Meanwhile with my deposit I earned another €50 I tried to withdraw but I couldnt. I contacted the chat and the guy was super arrogant constantly saying that my account was not eligible for withdrawal. I took a screenshot of what my colleague wrote to him to see that I was not lying. I felt humiliated by him because he didnt explain to me why my account was not eligible for withdrawal if I had done what his colleague told me to do. I tried to withdraw again and miraculously the minimum withdrawal amount went from €50 to €100 lol just like that. I went back to the chat and explained that I had spent and lost the bonus money and that I had won the money after the deposit. He said he would pass the situation on to the manager and that I would be contacted. I played some more slots while I waited. I won €100 and made the withdrawal. The system finally allowed the withdrawal but it remained in pending mode. I went to chat with him and tell him exactly that. He continued to say that my account was not eligible for withdrawal and even with the withdrawal pending I would have to wait for his manager as only he will decide whether or not my account is eligible for withdrawal. I am deeply upset about this and feel quite humiliated. The money I earned was paid by the provider and they want to keep my money even after I made a deposit. Very bad service no respect for people. I play in several casinos and this has never happened to me. 3 different people in the chat informed me differently and still think they have the right to Keep my money. That I earned with my deposit. I think this casino is a scam and Im sad about it because I liked it and would start making deposits. But Im not up for it. Right now I just want the withdrawal to be completed to see how far it goes.I really thought this casino was serious. If my withdrawal is completed I will rectify my review here... • I was hoping to give paradise 8 casino a good review but they simply made that impossible if I were to give an honest and accurate review. First off let me start with what I liked about the casino. 1) The platform was good making it easy to find what you were looking for. 2) I liked the big selection of games. 3) I liked the free chips they offer weekly making it possible for you to try games out before laying down your own cash. Unfortunately the negatives Im about to list out weigh the positives by far and here are the most defining. 1) The customer service is by far the worst Ive ever encountered! I deposited and won $150 on March the 3rd this year and put in for a withdraw being a first time withdrawer its standard procedure to get verified with a state license or ID with proof of residence but they go a step further and when they asked me to fill out a form giving them authority of purchases with my debit card used for my coin purchase whether it be online or by phone instantly threw up a red flag! After googling it I found that some casinos require this documentation so I went along with it. Btw.when I would send an email I would get one back after 34 days. Finally they sent me an email thanking me for the acquired documentation saying it was approved and my account would be updated accordingly. I received that email on the 18th. It took them 15 days to verify me and I havent received a red cent from them yet and it is now the 22nd of March! Since the middle of the month I have been sending emails daily asking when I would receive my winnings only to hear cricketsand the live chat is anything but live its non existent now! The only thing that Im expecting from this casino is to have charges on my debit card from them suddenly that Ive never made because of the form I stupidly filled out giving them permission for unauthorized purchases.I would give this casino 0 stars if I could.But you do not have that option.So I have to give it a one. This review is one hundred percent True and accurate And if I ever get my money from them I will give an update to this review but until then its gonna stay exactly as it is.
