After sending plenty of additional documents which were accepted I got a standard reply that I have violated some terms and that they have reduced my account balance for several hundred Euros. In total I have placed 4 bets after registration! The bet placed with bonus was lost the bet with real money won and obviously theey did not like it that I wanted to withdraw MY money. I do not know how someone can violate any terms by placing 4 bets and neither they can explain! Contacted MGA will see if that helps.
