- Is anyone running this site? I signed up deposited and mid play account got suspended. Money is gone and no one responds to emails How does the UKGC permit this type of daylight robbery. There seems to be no one actually operating this just a website. Have seen other customers report similar experiences.

I dont think they will pay cos it takes so long now it stop on pending position foreverly. After a length of timethey have paid my money back into my bank ，then my NRG account has suspended by them straight away. However it was not a good experience . Dont keep your customers unhappy. - I deposited £ 130 and didn’t use any bonuses – played only with my own money. In every single game I didn’t receive even one bonus round. Not even once. Every spin resulted in a loss – no wins no free spins no features nothing.It honestly felt like the games were set just to take my money with zero return. - Been betting on this site for a good while. This week however I had some decent wins kept withdrawing then carried on gambling. They then asked for proof of identity documents which I sent. Won £200.75 and started a withdrawal then I got an email back from them to say they were going to cease trading with me. Tried to log into my account and got a suspended message. £200 75 is probably a drop in the ocean to them but its not to me. Wish Id read all these negative reviews at the start. Gambling companies only entertain you when youre losing. Woe betide you if you start winning!14/07/25 Still no response either from them or their parent company and my account is still suspended.

- Do not use these! After depositing I went on to win £1200 when I went to sign on I was unable to saying my account was suspended. I received emails saying I need to show documents after doing so my account is still suspended.
