This was one of my fave casinos … Was
- This was one of my fave casinos . Has no issues. Used to win every now and then and withdrawals were fast. Then I didn’t play for 2 weeks logged in had no issues with my deposit. Plates and won $600. Keep in mind my account has already been verified … everything all good all documents uploaded and approved . But now it keeps rejecting my withdrawal asking me to provide proof of address. I uploaded my bank statement ( which is what I used previously to verify my address) now they won’t accept it. Government documents credit card statements. They are rejecting everything. I have sent 4 emails to support and not one reply have I received . I have talked to 3 support agents via online chat and they keep sending me the guidelines for approved documents which is what I have been providing. I’m at my wits end . I’m at the point where I’ll play out the funds . Cancel my account and never use them again . It’s insane I’m already verified and now they won’t let me withdraw. And I am doing everything right…. I’m not a stranger to online casinos and I know the expectations….. any advice ??

- After a successful win was advised that due to withdrawal limits I was unable to withdrawal the total $28000. Was given an amount of $4500 withdrawal limit per week which I was fine with only to discover that this withdrawal limit changed constantly went from $4500 to $3000 then to $1500. Super frustrating. Ended up playing the rest.On a separate occasion I was mid way through a game when it glitched all of a sudden. My balance then showed an amount of $100000. I assumed I’d won a jackpot of some sort and tried tirelessly to get clarification from customer support. They were absolutely unhelpful and I was still left highly confused as my balance still showed this amount but I wasn’t able to withdraw it. My home wifi all of a sudden dropped out (which is totally normal) and my phone automatically began using my mobile data which is the default settings when I’m not home. I continue to ask support what’s going on but they were no help so I decided to sleep on it as it was 2am in my local time. I wake in the morning at 8am to find that I have been blocked from the site. Have sent multiple emails and no reply whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. HAVE USED A FEW AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST.

They have used a different organisations number for support contact which I have been in contact with so as many others. Police have now been notified and it is under investigation. Suspicious behaviour lately
- I would be very weary of this site. I am an experienced better of many sites and have used this site in the past. I made a deposit of $500 for a $350 free bet which lost. The promo explicitly stated no rollover requirments. My balance remaining is $250 but I am now told that I have to rollover my balance 3X. I did that as I am too lazy to argue. Now they have refused my withdrawal over 10 times even though I am verified. I asked how much rollover I have left and they wont respond. Chat will say only that it has been forwarded to the back office.edit:updated as appeared due to lack of communication otherwise i like the site a lot.
