• Played here for a few months. I have got to say this casino plays all the manipulation tricks against you. Lying point blank that I had withdrawn more than the weekly withdrawal amount which is about 7 thousand some odd to than I couldn’t even withdraw it a month later which make no sense. I hadn’t even asked to withdraw 5k so where they came out with this nonsense. I even spoke to the manager called Tina who said her colleagues got it wrong and I should have been able to withdraw it. • Shocked. Been with mystake 4 months. I often watch how games play etc. before betting. I watched a blackjack table of theirs with £4.2k per hand max (which is huge) then I recorded 4 played betting £25k (yes no decimal) per hand for 12 Hands each (£1.2m) and they lost it all. Now losing streaks are absolute against algorithms designed to win but how is a capped £4.2k game taking in £1.2m in under 10 minutes. My first thought was they aren’t real and generated by the site and they screwed the decimal but regardless they can’t even lie straight or breaking rules as the exact same company that provides the dealers playtech is UK regulated and I’ve got them bang to rights breaking the UK gambling commissions rules on gaming. So for me Mystakes proven Playtechs conducting illicit actions. Mystake itselfs a massive loss probably lose about 90% of what I put in and withdraw the 10% just to feel a bit better but closed my account yesterday.

• I placed my normal bet and won. I tried withdrawing my funds which show as successful. That was over a day ago and normally once successful it is back to my bank almost immediately. This time it isnt and despite numerous emails etc asking for proof it has been sent they have ignored all my emails. I believe from a few sources that this casino site is struggling financially so I wont be using it as cannot be trusted anymore. Be very careful depositing here !
