Customer service is no good
- I had my money up to almost $400 and I always keep my wagers at $1 or below occasionally I may try a couple $2 spins but not often. Anyway I wasnt paying alot of attention to my money and was just spinning away spins that were getting me nothing after a bit I looked at the money and it was almost completely gone somehow the bets had been jumping up to $18 and $36. I would never ever bet that much something else changed it like that idk if it was them behind the scenes or a glitch. Customer service replied to my initial complaint and didnt say much that was helpful and then I never heard from them again. I feel lIke they could have at least talked to me about the issue but just completely ignored me instead

- If I could give negative stars I would. Everything was fine at first. My account was suspended because of mismatched billing address whatever silly mistake on my part. I sent all the documents they requested and updated my billing address. Here is where things start to go downhill. I didnt receive a response for almost a week.. Then when the agent responded they requested the exact same thing: verify the debit card was actually mine. Once again I sent the verification and again silence for days. Finally I received a response and it was to AGAIN verify documents. I became upset rightfully so and insisted the agent review my previous responses. Finally my account was reinstated. But then not even 24hrs later its put under review AGAIN! Something fishy is going on with these people and honestly I am so disappointed with MyPrize and their customer service. MyPrize will never see a cent of mine again!

- Well I played my favorite game and won but kept playing and lost it all and the following day the game was completely changed. I have never seen this before and I have played on every social casino on the web. Changed minimum bet changed it to quick spin and even changed payout amounts making it completely different then industry standard on all other casinos. In other words they made it impossible for player to win. When a small win motivates owner to completly change all the rules its not a casino. Its a scam. And i didnt even cash out!!
