Customer service is non existent and if you do win they charge $5 to redeem. Best advice i can give is play at your own risk there are far more honest social casinos out there and unfortunately this not one of them. Refered multiple people to them and never recieved any compensation for them. First step is my states attorney general and contacting someone for legal action these games are altered to leave you high and dry. My bank wouldn’t link with their system for some reason and I’ve never done crypto before but that was the only other option I had to get my redemption. For four days now I’ve been trying to get them to fix their wrongdoing because they sent my crypto to the wrong address I’ve sent them screenshots proving it as well and I also have screenshots of all the very little responses I’ve received from them saying the same thing. Ive read the reviews and some of the stuff isn’t true.. they have THE BEST vip hosts imaginable.. if youre good to them they go above and beyond for you. I wouldnt doubt that my deposits have been matched most times with bonuses. I have experience with all gaming platforms and onsite even comes close to their vip hosts.
