Warning: MrRex Casino Refuses to Pay Winnings

• I deposited and played fairly on MrRex Casino only to have my £1300 in winnings confiscated with the excuse that someone else in my household also had an account. They refunded only the deposits and voided all winnings — despite the fact that me and my girlfriend had separate accounts emails and IDs.This is completely unacceptable for a casino licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. I followed all their terms — I played honestly verified my account and made a legitimate withdrawal. Then suddenly they accused me of breaching rules without providing clear proof or giving me a chance to defend myself.After some research I found dozens of reviews from other people with the exact same problem: MrRex and ProgressPlay casinos are repeatedly delaying or refusing withdrawals especially when players win big.I have now raised an official complaint with their support and will escalate this case to eCOGRA and the UK Gambling Commission if not resolved properly. Despite its flashy marketing the platform fails to deliver on several critical fronts.Cons:Poor Customer Support: I encountered issues with my account and reached out to customer support multiple times. Each interaction was frustratingly slow with long wait times and unhelpful responses. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously.Withdrawal: The withdrawal process is painfully slow. They told me that i had used it already at one of their sister companies and i told them i dont have any account on any of them. • I strongly advise anyone considering joining this website to avoid at all costs. I played regularly on this website and was getting very lucky. Withdrawals would take no longer than 30 minutes for the funds to appear bank into my bank so i was enjoying playing.On 26th August i attempted 2 withdrawals one of £101 and another of £3500. These 2 withdrawals are still pending my account has been blocked so it is hard to keep track of the status of the withdrawals. Live chat is utterly useless. most of them cant speak english. The generic response i have heard about 100 times in the last 9 days is this is with the relevent team you will be updated via email. It is safe to say that the emails are few and far between and I am most certainly not updated and starting to doubt whether anything is being done to resolve this issue or not.I will note that in the 8 days after 26th I managed to make 14 successful withdrawals totalling £17500. There were no problems with these withdrawals they all appeared in my bank within half an hour so there really shouldnt be an issue with the 2 in question but here we are 9 days later!!!I have launched a complaint with IBAS and I am considering legal action as Mr Rex have broken their T&Cs. I asked live chat for a formal name and contact at Mr Rex for my solicitor to be in touch with if this is required with the company refusing to give a contact!!!!All in all do not use this website. I just want my money back and I will happily never use any of the brands as part of AG communications again.
