Disappointing Live Blackjack Experience and Account Closure
- I played live blackjack on MrQ and personally found the experience very frustrating. In my sessions the dealer drew a total of 20 around 7 times out of 10 hands. They also made 21 with 5 cards more often than I would normally expect to see. While I understand blackjack has variance these results felt extremely unbalanced from a playerās perspective and took away the enjoyment of the game.For context: in standard blackjack simulations the probability of a dealer ending on exactly 20 is usually around 17ā18% (not 70%) and the chance of a dealer making 21 with five cards is only a few percent. Experiencing these outcomes so frequently made my sessions feel very discouraging.The selection of live blackjack tables was also very poor. About three-quarters of the tables wouldnāt load at all so I ended up stuck at the same table over and over again (around 15 times). On top of that the ācash outā option was only available on Evolution Gaming tables ā On-Air tables didnāt have this feature which I found restrictive.When I asked to close my account MrQ initially applied a temporary ban instead. - Recently I downgraded my support for Mr Q as I was disappointed in some recent changes. I was annoyed that after some resets I had lost bonus accumulators on some of my games. It seemed like I was throwing money away which is quite common on two other sites I use but not Mr Q. However I am pleased to say that things have picked up. I am not aā Pollyanna ā expecting things to be good all the time or these sites would be out of business. However I do appreciate that Mr. Q took time to personally respond to my review by email explaining several details relating to my account. ( I wish others could be so courteous ) . I still think they are the best site I play as RTP is still good there is no wagering at alltheir offers are straight forward and payout is quick.

- Absolute shit company please never gamble with them. I won a fair bit then suddenly out of the blue they want source of funds checks. I spent hours giving them everything they wanted. Three weeks later they self-exclude me for 5 years without saying why - obviously they just dont want me to win any more. They are a stain on Watford FCs reputation. - Update: 24 days and still no withdrawal I had a telephone appt booked in for 1.30pm yesterday(Monday) with Kiren the phone call never came and my emails were left unanswered. I contacted live chat and they assured me my complaint had been escalated and that I would receive an email the email never came and I wont hold my breath. My previous update on trust pilot was flagged as abusive defamatory and illegal etc by the Mr Q review representativeI was polite and factual hence why trust pilot deemed it acceptable.
