- Terrible slots site i played on. Very unhelpful very disappointed and i will never go back to them. They pretended i could use my £200 welcome bonus within 60 days as an offer that never happened!!Even the human i spoke to couldnt even help! - UPDATE OK so today I went to log on to check status of my situation and see if my card had been reviewed and verified and it shows my account was now deactivated I was very concerned and hat 2K waiting to withdraw.Thomas on online chat was great and although I dont have my account reactivated and no idea really why it was deactivated- apparently routine but that seems odd.Thomas requested the relevant team to process my withdrawal and within the hour now have my funds. relieved is an understatement

- Very poor customer service and do not explain things clearly to you as what they need from you I am currently trying to verify my account for a month now and still getting my documents rejected in the end I had to call them to get the exact things I needed did that and still been waiting over 48 hours I would avoid this company at all costs sky vegas is the best site in my opinion never any problems in 15 years

- Pretty good casino site. Not won a huge amount but also not lost a huge amount either so have been able to enjoy without losing much. Recently had an issue where I won 50 spins but due to an error I was unable to use these. Used the chat option to speak with customer service and the issue was resolved by the helpful Gaia. Thanks.

- I have been waiting over 8 weeks now for my funds.I deposited money that didn’t go into my account but it was taken from my bank. I then opened a dispute with my bank but then my funds went into my mr vegas account so I told my bank and they closed the case this 2 weeks into the dispute. Meanwhile I was able to deposit and play. The minute I won and went to withdraw my winnings from my account my account was then functionally inactivated and I was unable to withdraw. This has been going on for over 8 weeks and still no update I get told the same routines reply from my email and we chat daily. How long am I supposed to wait another 8 weeks/ a year? This isn’t on. Does anyone have advise on what to do next please because I no desperately need my funds for an unexpected bill.

- The gentleman I spoke to Nicholas was very helpful in solving my query however I wouldn’t recommend the site anytime soon I have been trying to verify myself for months just to get back the remaining funds from my account that’s sat on my balance the communication through email is terrible and everything I send just doesn’t seem to be good enough I have send passport driving license council tax bills bank statements and still it just seems impossible to get my funds back I can’t even upload them to my account as it’s been deactivated their end I won’t be playing on this site again IF and WHEN I get my money back!!
