Every time my documents are rejected and not verified.Ive sent documents several times but the casino wont accept them again. • I have verified my account and payment method and ID then I played for months spending thousands of euroswhen I requested withdrawal they asked me for verifying my ID again even though it has been verified long time ago. Mr Bet unacceptable verification timeline

• Update: I feel it only fair to update that I finally received my verification and withdrawal. The first withdrawal was for $2500 on April 4 and the second for $580 was on April 15. I can’t explain why it takes this site so long to verify someone and the length of time for a withdrawal but I did receive it. Mr Bet claims their verification process takes 24-48 hrs. I started the verification process on Mar 3rd sending in all my documents. I waited approximately a week for my verification so I could make a withdrawal. I happened to find a message on the site requesting a different document for my banking information although I had sent in what they required. At this time there was no mention of the document I had sent in to verify my address. Another week passed and I received a message that my address document was cropped and not accepted. I sent in a picture of the full page. Several days later another message saying the corners of the document were not visible and it was rejected. I sent in another picture clearly showing all the corners. Since sending in the last picture 12 days has passed. Not hours days. No response on my verification. Throughout this frustrating experience I contacted their customer support over 15 times and always received the same message. We are experiencing a higher than normal workload and we are sorry for the delay. It’s a canned response. The same every time. Nothing ever changed. It is my opinion that Mr Bet does not want to payout any winnings so they purposely won’t verify the player. I also believe they could have identified any problems with my documents on the first message instead of dealing with one document at a time with a wait time of one week per document. All of these suggestions really don’t mean anything as I truly believe they have no intention of completing the verification process and allowing me to make a withdrawal. I strongly recommend spending your time and money at a different site. It’s just not worth the frustration.
