• Was locked out of my account contacted numerous times to resolve this with no joy. Tries again today and spoke to laura who rudely ended chat without resolving issue. Opened another chat with Hailey and asked her politely NOT to close the chat till resolved .... she done exactly that. Rude unprofessional and couldnt give a care in the world about the customer. • One of the worst sites in the industry. Absolutely shocking at how much this site crashes and always seems to be down. How can a site have so many errors? Numerous times I am playing a game and disturbed by constant error messages and what’s even more frustrating is that I’ve got on a few bonuses and the game has crashed and I don’t get to watch the bonus and have to trust that the pay out was was they say it was. Not one bit fair! Also all these errors and with how often their site down why don’t they look into this and change their software? Just seems so suspicious why a site doesn’t fix the issue. Hard to win on Mecca anyway let alone with the constant crashing. Starting to think these errors are intentional because how many people have lost out on a big win due to games crashing? For the longest time now your site does nothing but crash I have put money on a game and time and time again I cannot even watch don’t know who the winner is (if even there is one or maybe one of your faves see below). I have also noted from the thousands of screen shots I have taken that you have favoured winners and new comer winners. Leaving not much chance for those in between. • This is not a bitter review because Ive had no luck quite the opposite actually. I play on a few sites and over the last fortnight my luck finally landed and I banked over £3000 in different increments....none of which came from Mecca! Whether its Mecca bingo or Mecca games they play the same absolutely deplorable. Ive been a member at their bingo site for years and this is no word of lie the last 3 years Ive won zero! Not a quid or even a few pence on the bingo. Not a single line/share or even booby prize! So I stopped playing bingo and went to slingo again no word of a lie last week I ripped through 60 games at £1 and didnt even reach the minimum award of 5 lines once. So I now play slots mostly but have learnt a harsh lesson with the Mecca brand it doesnt matter what you play on their sites its rigged to only pay out the bare minimum on EVERYTHING. any and every slot. IF you are lucky enough to scrape a bonus/scatter round (bear in mind its easy to rip through hundreds before youll see one land) it will only ever pay out the least amount its obliged to. I play bigger bass and this site wont allow you passed the 1st round EVER. out of all the sites Ive played on Mecca Betfred and paddy power are by far the worst Ive ever experienced. • Tried to join this site. My e-mail user name and pass code all ticked green and I deposited £10. When I tried to play on the site it keeps telling me “incoeected details”. Tried resetting. Still won’t accept. Been on chat asking for my £10 back. Cannot get any sensible communication. They keep sending me reset instructions which will not work. Obviously my e-mail address is correct as they are sen ding reset mails. Would not give them the time of day. Don’t suppose y this company reads this therefore no hope of my money back. • I used to enjoy playing on Mecca games but just over a month ago the game play just randomly changed. I mean I haven’t won anything on Mecca games for well over a month now. I really mean nothing not even the odd £5 or £10 here and there. I only play a few slot games and one of them is mining pots of gold and for anyone that plays that game will know that the multipliers build up and eventually the bonus round opens but the bonus round on mining pots of gold hasn’t opened for over a month!! In fact I haven’t had any bonus round or any kind of win on any game whatsoever. They’ve dragged it out for long enough now so i think it’s time to delete my account with them and stick to the sites that let you win something every now and then. I’m not a sore loser but zero wins zero bonus rounds for over a month is ridiculous. I play on quite a few different sites and Mecca games have become the worst. Really terrible. Just take take take. Not even the odd £5 win for well over a month! Mecca you’ve become terrible!! UPDATE:: I kept signing in to play mining pots of gold hoping that the bonus round would eventually land since the multipliers had reached maximum. Well instead of opening the bonus round they completely reset it!! So after over a month of playing the game and building up the multipliers they just randomly reset it all so there was no chance of having a decent win!! • New customer and what a let down from such a big name. I’ve played other sites with varying degrees of success. The welcome offer enticed me to join. First deposit won nothing. Second deposited and I struck it lucky. Over £100. Wasn’t gonna lose that when that could come in very useful so cashed out. Nothing hit my account. Tried to log in later and I’m locked out. 45 minutes wait on live chat I was told they wanted to verify my ID.. passport. Proof of address PayPal first born child etc..So I sent everything they asked for and a bit extra. Now I gotta wait. At least 72 hours apparently. That win is so badly needed I’m a disabled guy and that’s transport to medical appoints paid for. It’s so urgent and yet Mecca don’t give a flying f**
