- I play on Betrebels with Maltese license and I have never received feedback from this licensee despite 3 years that I play on that Betrebels site and I have never exceeded the single deposit on the casino slots. Unfair RTP worse than unlicensed casinos (at leastthose without a license are more honest because they do not hide under any false protection to the player and corrupt pieces of state). They never pay anything in 3 years the balance has not exceeded ā¬ 500 (on rare occasions) money that obviously makes no sense to withdraw considering that I played them in a month! You ask for explanations in chat and they dont even deign to answer you as if you were the last to arrive! Then you open a complaint to this fraudulent licensee and obviously he will do nothing to protect you and will always give the operator the right! I advise you to delete all those false declarations on your sites both for the operator and for the regulator as they are just a bunch of bullshit and there is not a single point that is respected I say only one not even!

MGA - a wall
- MGA seems to be a wall players hit in disputes with casinos. I have never heard of anyone who ad a player has gotten their dispute ruled in favor by the MGA.Casinos on the other hand can behave as they want. With them always winning the case and with the time it takes MGA to handle cases they just need to sit down and ignore the players problems. I would strongly advice everyone to stay away from MGA casinos.

- Raised a complaint 9 months and still havenāt heard anything. Have called their number 30+ times and always been told there is nobody available and they will call me back which never happens. Absolutely atrocious. They will never enforce the regulations they have and they will always let the player down.

- Two facts I must divulge. One I have never had direct interaction although I do interact with several of the sites that are said to be insured by them. Two since I have not interacted with them personally I can not say they are a terrible company. Or that they have done any wrong to me. That being said I would have liked to be able to come here and see a reply from them. Some reassurance that they are watching. Since they are the authority to much of the online gambling/casino world. So we can know and have faith that the casino games we play on line are not just blowing smoke up our rears. I mean are they even aware of the issues a large percent of people trying to withdraw their winnings are being hassled or scrutinized to the point of defeat. I may not spend a lot of money buying worthless Internet money. But it is my money. I figure Im also investing in these sites the win is my return even if it is four to six months down the road.
