- Vraiment déçu.Je commande le Tetracube à 170 € ! 3 semaines après le cube est coincé et devient inutilisable. Une jointure au centre à lâché. On me répond que le mauvais montage des flap est sûrement la cause ou une mauvaise utilisation !!!!Aucune documentation écrite ou explication sur le montage des flaps ... une vidéo sans AUCUN commentaire sur le sujet. Débrouillez vous avec çà .On me dit quils ont fait un geste commercial en me changeant le cube. Je pense que nous sommes plus sur la loi européenne de la garantie légale des 2 ans ! Je reçois le cube en échange.Quelques manipulations dune main à lautre rien de plus et hop après 15 jours à nouveau un défaut apparaît sur le second cube. Ladhésif cette fois se vrille....Là on me dit quavec mon utilisation et même si il tombe par terre ne peut pas arriver à ce résultat.... Mais on est incapable de me dire pourquoi ce défaut arrive !!!! Le cube nest pas en cause évidemment ..... je lutilise très certainement mal...Mais pour des pros cela n’est pas pro de ne pas pouvoir expliquer sauf de dire « mauvaise utilisation »En tout cas il y a un vrai problème de qualité sur ce produit ... ou de recommandations à prévoir.Je demande remboursement ou avoir... et je propose même un avoir en retournant le cube et ainsi proposer dacheter sur le site pour le montant de lavoir.Je retourne le cube car je ne veux pas travailler avec un produit qui semble avoir tant de défauts ( 2 en 2 mois). Et ainsi ils peuvent investiguer le cube défectueux pour amélioration.A ce jour ni remboursement ni avoir ni même écho en indiquant quils avaient compris la source du problème.Mais on engrange les commandes ...Très bonne relation avant de passer les commandes mais moins motivé pour laprès !En discutant par téléphone avec linventeur du Tetracube on apprend beaucoup de choses et on comprend mieux la situation actuelle ...Je passe mon cheminDommage.Nota Bene:Le prix de vente fixé par l’inventeur était de 100$ canadien (~70€). Qu’est ce qui justifie le prix de vente à 170€ ????!!!!

J’ai envoyé un message au bout de 15 jours je n’avais toujours pas de réponse je trouve que le service après-vente est déplorable pour vendre y’a aucun problème pour régler les problèmes. Il n’y a plus personne très déçu par cette société.
