- They are a scam site. My withdrawal of ā¬1500 was processed on the 6/11/23 over 2 weeks ago and I still havenāt received my funds. They asked for a bank statement to prove I havet been paid. - Cant withdraw funds.Uploaded the documents they say they require to withdraw (not to deposit though!) and will respond within 12 hours. 8 months later after uploading the documents at least 7 or 8 times still cant withdraw and cant get any response from customer service other than auto reply that just sends you round in circles.

- Been playing on this site for a while but early December I got my first big win- weeks of requesting and sending documents for verification and so many ignored chat messages and emails. Finally all documents now verified 3 weeks later!! But now itās been 3 days without a reply to say the withdrawal is processing/processed and on its way. Do not recommend. No other site has such poor response times and as it stands- still no clue as to if/when Iāll get my win withdrawn. Stay away from this site. Such poor customer service.
