Can I rate them in the negative.....?
- Currently I am in month #3 of waiting on a payout. Today I attempted to login and check on the progress only to find out that after typing the web address into my search bar only a blank screen popped up. The webpage tries to load for an eternity but Nevers lands. I am assuming they have gone the way of Enchanted Sweeps and I will NOT be getting my redemption of 10 measley dollars. I am super salty that they lied about how my redemption was on the way and it was taking so long due to a problem with their payment processor. Should have just bit the bullet and advised me that my payout was being rerouted back to their greedy pockets. This company had no problem accepting my money for deposits only problems with living up to their end of the bargain when I won and requested a redemption. Poor business practices done by unprofessional scam artists.on the bright side I wont have to go thru all the bull crap of receiving and having to sell SOLANA. where they do that at? I should have known better when they stopped paying out through Cash app.

- It used to be really good when they were accepting Cash app payments and redemptions to Cash app. Now that they’ve changed to crypto everything is a problem. There’s no more agents online. - Ive been playing on Lucky Goldfish for probably 6 months. in the first couple months I hit $10 and withdrew to cash app easy peasy took less than a day. Now my last $10 has been sitting in the redeem stage for 3 weeks or more now. They told me they are being audited by their payment provider and it should be resolved in a couple business days. This was on 2/20. I messaged them again asking if it had been resolved yet on 2/26. They messaged me back like they always have before and said; were still working and moving forward through this audit process. We thank you for your patience rest assured your Redeems are safe and will be processed when this is done.I sent another message on 3/3 and an email a couple weeks later and it has been completely radio silence. If I had to guess they tanked and we wont see our redemptions or hear anything back. Shame I liked the place.
