- Yep actual scam even followed all the rules in the terms and conditions to make sure and still nothing. They cant keep doing it. Waiting over the 21 working days thing they make up and still nothing.Can confirm they do take away the chat option if you do try and find out why they wont pay you your winnings. During chat they dont answer your questions just copy and paste same things over and over.UPDATE: Still nothing but my live chat option is back. Asked them again same copied and pasted stuff responses. Asked them to reply to my email and then they just closed the chat. 08/06. No response. 3 days pass. No funds. Email them. Get a tardy response saying their internal processes. These take upto 21 days. Now those are 21 working days as weekends dont count so they say they reserve the right to refund your winnings after a full calendar month. Absolute utter sham
