Very bad site to use

• Very bad site to use play something else if your bored. If you do manage to win and call it a day they find a way of not allowing the withdrawal whether you pass it’s verification the ‘personal assistant will contact you to slow things down to make sure they get the new ‘tip system’ for themselves. I receive daily phone calls emails and txt msgs from the same personal assistant to repeat the same scripted nonsense to ask me to deposit more even when I have some credit. The site is a one way money making scam. They do not allow you to self exclude also so the contact can’t be cut. So do the best thing and block everything from this site.

Kept all of my winnings after I gave them all of the documentation they asked for including bank statements drivers license etc. they did not honor and of my winnings and would not refund my deposits I made. • I wish I could give 0 stars because they are the worst casino online and SCAM is right. Every other online casino I’ve played at never been this unfair and shady. This Luckycasino werent concerned at all when I deposited thousands and lost lots of that. As soon as I won small sum of money and withdrew they emailed me suspended my withdrawal and asked me for multiple questions and documents. After I gave them what they asked they released my funds days later and then proceeded to suspend my account without any explanation. Go with bigger and better online casinos that don’t scam players and cheat their monies. It’s laughable how many people say the same thing on here. If you ever need proof you can find one in reddit (I’m gonna post it there) I have all the screenshots and receipts of emails to show. I’ll be filing a complaint and reddit post too just to help other players from being victim of their practices. It’s insane how they have their licenses.

• Let me start by saying I’ve played probably every online casino out there. Ive been playing here 2 days and I have withdrawn twice no issues at all ( nothing big ). So I’m confused at the reviews. You have to upload all your identity before playing. The money was in my account within hours. I just feel you can’t win big on this casino because it’s so small. I’ve played long enough to know that RTP are much lower with the smaller casinos. My only issue is that I could not play Pragmatic games as it wouldn’t allow me.
