- LottoGo.com was really a letdown for me. Each time I attempted to access my account or place a bet the server would crash and I was ejected. Its annoying when you put money into the system and you cannot even get access to the service. Moreover I could not take advantage of some lottery tickets just because the website didnt work. The customer service that I got was no assistance; they only advised me to try again later. The situation is quite severe and if it happens on a platform that deals with real money it is utterly unacceptable. Certainly not a platform I would recommend.
