• The last thing I want to be doing on Saturday night before christmas is writing this review but people need to know what they are getting into with this Casino. I used king hill for a few months things were great. They have great customer service very friendly agents and they remain very nice no complaints. However after losing some money I had a few very good weeks at kinghills and won some money (all said and done I maybe had 1000 euros profit) i decided to make some withdrawals i received a few after normal verification no issues. now i am trying to withdraw my last 1000 euros and They have started doing the things that most casinos have sadly decided to do. they first asked me for a screenshot of my crypto deposit no problem at all but now they want a screenshot showing my name and adress attached. Crypto deposits have no name they are asking for something that does not exist.. i have sent them a screenshot of my profile (not sure what else i can do). They are also now asking for 3 month of pay invoices from my employer LOL. YES for a 450 dollar deposit. I can send that no problem however they want this in a PDF format. my bank simply uses theyre webpage. I have never seen a PDF paystub in Canada in my life..
