Unnecessary fees in cashier but quick withdrawals

• I found this company through an advert and decided to try them out as I saw an offer for a £30 free bet if I staked £10.I signed up and was stunned to see my deposit method had a 15% (!!) fee applied. I deposited £80 but was only given £68 in my balance. I only found out about the fee at this point I wouldnt have deposited had I known. It wasnt noted anywhere on the deposit page but buried deep in the T&Cs.Anyway I placed both bets the £10 stake and £30 free bet and both lose. I then go to a slot and get it back up to £70; at which point I decide to withdraw. I put in the withdraw request and again am surprised they apply a 1% fee to withdrawals; no other UK bookmaker does this. Also anticipating KYC checks I find a page to upload docs before they ask me so I do that proactively. To my surprise the funds landed in my bank account exactly one hour after my request.So the website isnt easy to navigate and the fees on deposits and withdrawals are extortionate but withdrawals are quick and do happen so I can only guess that many of the other reviews here have breached T&Cs in some way.

• Dont use this site or the company behind it. After depositing £50 and winning £2000 I put a withdrawal request in. They voided my winnings stating someone else used my account which they never considering there was around 4 hours between the deposit and withdrawal and the company behind it wont investigate theyre just making the same decision. • Crapped me pants after having a win...withdrawing and then thinking...I wonder what the reviews are..and wow everyone hates this place..ill be honest.. had a win..nothing substantial but still a nice pocket filler and was in my bank within 3 hours..cant grumble at all...granted the bonuses Id rather not have but I never accept deposit bonuses anyway. No integrity

• Hello everyone since this month I started betting on this site Jeffbet. I deposited 20 dollars using MuchBetter and received a welcome bonus which I used. ended up losing. However I bet my real money deposit and won a total of $70. I requested a withdrawal via MuchBetter but the casino replied that MuchBetter does not allow them to make payments to my country. They asked me to provide them with a screenshot of an e-wallet so I sent them a screenshot of my Ecopayz account containing the requested information so that they could pay me my winnings. They found another excuse not to pay me my winnings saying that the payment had failed. They asked me for Skrill or Neteller knowing full well that residents of my country are not allowed to open a Skrill or Neteller account. I made a second deposit of $20 in cryptocurrency which I bet so that I could then make a withdrawal in cryptocurrency. I I requested a withdrawal in cryptocurrency but Jeffbets financial department changed the withdrawal to MuchBetter and three days later they sent me an email saying that the withdrawal had failed that it was not their fault but that of the electronic payment provider MuchBetter. They asked me for a screenshot of a Visa card that I had tried to use to make a deposit but the deposit failed. I replied that the Visa card I had tried to use to make a deposit had unfortunately failed and that it was a virtual Visa card that I did not have a physical Visa card and that my virtual Visa card was not personalised but the casino ignored this and refused to pay me my winnings by any other means. I was told that I had to provide them with a screenshot of the Visa card I had tried to use to make a deposit which unfortunately did not work. I am disappointed by this attitude. Where has integrity gone in this world? Or is it the colour of my skin that causes this unjustified mistrust?

Joined and won on the free £30 bet but…

• Joined snd won on the free £30 bet but they refused to pay out because after joining and placing £50 into the account i withdrew £10 after 5 days and they claimed i had broke the agreement with them.The initial offer was place a £10 bet get a £30 free bet my free bet double won at 2-1 and 3-1.The return was £360 but i have no chance of receiving this now.Absolute scum of a company and be aware as they are opening multi betting companies (q88 one of them) under the name of PROGRESS PLAY.

SCAM

• Just as everyone says AWFUL! If ever there was a scam this site is it. Won £90 withdrawal pending for days documents pending for days chat absolutely useless and even though my account was also in credit of £53 what a surprise they have now suspended my account without a valid explanation and obviously no winnings paid but I can chat live to them on an account I can no longer access!! Massive lesson learnt quick to take your money offer you bonuses but break every rule in the process. PLEASE STAY CLEAR!!

Poor customer servince and tracking software.

• Their location tracking software is highly inaccurate registering me as being over a hundred miles from my actual location even after adjusting all of my settings and accuracy on my device and following all of their instructions. Customer service representative was unfortunately of no help and seemed disinterested in the data and information I sent showing my location I highly recommend playing on other platforms with better customer service with a higher standard of customer care.

• The site is very basic. Customer service is terrible if you can even get hold off them. I have been using them for a few months and put a couple thousand pounds through there site and still every time a make a withdrawal from my account it has to go through a withdrawal process which they say on their site should take up to a do possibly longer but always minimum 4 days just to process. • Where to even start with this company. I deposited £10 to get £30 bet I won £375 but had to re bet all of the money and the maximum I could win was £200 which I did. This was on the 5th April and yet I have still not received the funds. They say they have a live chat though I do not know how you get on to this so called live chat after emailing back and forth they said they attempted to deposit the funds onto my debit card and my bank declined it I contacted my bank who confirmed they did not decline this and would not decline a credit I had to provide new debit card details with a different bank at first they asked I deposit more funds to do this which I would not so they said an unsuccessful deposit would work I did this and provided my ID yet again they are saying the transaction declined. • I signed up to take the free bet whilst the World Snooker tournament was starting.I signed up and met the requirements to qualify for the free bet.I deposited £20 and qualified for the free £30 bet with a £10 stake.I was then given the free £30 bet that Id signed up for. The free bet won and is showing up in my bet history as a winning bet.I spent the bank holiday weekend watching the snooker match that Id placed the bet on and at this time I had been enjoying the site.I deposited a further £20. I later withdrew £15 and I do recall it saying I would lose a bonus. But I thought this was referring to a casino bonus as I had been given some free spins that I wasnt interested in so I agreed and withdrew the £15.I then found out the free bet had won and I was waiting for the amount to show in my account. When it didnt show I contacted help but I was just told the free bet was a bonus and Id lost it by making the withdrawal and referred me to the terms and conditions.This seems very poor and very unfair and not reasonable at all.
