- So I went onto this site because every time I see this add I see “100% bonus match” I then added £30 to my account to then be told I have to spend £900 to get the £30 welcome bonus! That is complete bonkers!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A SCAM. What company does that. PLEASE USE A SITE THAT DOESNT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE COSTUMERS. - Please stay away They flagged my last review & got it removed. They allowed me to deposit hundreds didnt bother them even though they knew i wasnt on a limit. I dont need a limit because i play what i can afford. - Asked for verification 5 more times after being told I was verified they now have more copies of my marriage certificate than I do. - I wrote a review a couple of days ago which gave the company the benefit of doubt as I will say overall it is a good site with good gameplay and RTP.However withdrawals! I won a good amount of money 5 days ago and there was suddenly a delay on the withdrawal for a mysterious extra check process! I successfully got through this and my money was received great!However 4 days late I win a good amount again (pure good luck and great news)! Yet despite this I am again subject to the extra checks even though these where only done 4 days ago! What else do they need to check? As an added insult they have now suspended my account for player safety check where I have to wait for a call the time of which they havent provided to check my safety.Theyll claim this is being a good casino but interestingly this has only come after winning a large amount of money so maybe especially with the extra checks on withdrawals its more of a punishment for actually winning!Its a shame if they fixed this I would like to stay with them but looks like they no longer want my custom.
