• I am waiting for almost 72 hours for my withdrawal there is no interest from the agents or escalation team everytime I query they dont seem to understand or try to understand and provide the same answer. They are refusing to investigate this matter and are claiming that my money is forfeited because it was bonus money when it was not! • I was playing slots on spina Zonke on Hollywood bets I was enjoying the games and then some of them would fail and give me an error the games let you restart and continue where the game was or if a feature triggered and there was an error you were able to continue. So I played spinomenal games and I got loads of feature triggers and the game crashed. I expected to restart but the game failed. I tried and tried and tried to get my feature triggers back but I would always get an error message.
