• I love this company! I have been playing the games for over a year. Slots seem fair to me. I win /lose and you are not required to play with cash. I do play with cash and did my first cash out. I thought there would be hassle and lots of fees but NO! No fees not hassle (you do have to verify yourself in the account and provide your social but that’s standard like at any casino ) and delivered fully to my Skrill account within 24 business hours (I won Friday night received it Monday afternoon). After reading the reviews i was…

• After reading the reviews i was preparing for the worst! But i was pleasantly surprised.I hit a mega prize jackpot on July 2 and previously i did not have any issues with redeeming my prizes however with this significant redemption i received an email on July 3 stating additional verification was needed and to send documents that included a utility bill bank statements and copies of the cards used to make purchases. The email stated it would take 14 days for the documents to be processed and my redemption to be approved. I sent the request documents within the next hour after receiving the email from the risk team. While i was waiting i started reading more reviews and started to get discouraged. I then received a follow up email on July 7 stating because of the state I’m in my redemption was too large. I was able to submit it in smaller increments. I received my first deposit later in the evening on July 7 and my second deposit on 7/9 early in the morning. As you can imagine we went through a holiday and weekend! I want to shout out to the support and risk team who made sure to reassure me that this is a normal process! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Improperly functioning site support not helpful

• I purchased a $800 for 5k GC and 1k SC package with a 10x playthrough requirement.This means I need to playthrough 10k SC before I can withdraw whatever is left.The problem is that the playthrough counter on the site does not work. I have played through 150SC and the counter has not moved at all (it should have moved 15SC).This is contrary to how the playthrough counter has worked on this site every other time Ive used it.Support has consistently copy-pasted you have a 10x playthrough without actually reading what the problem is. I am now stuck.

Ive been playing with High 5 Casino…

• Ive been playing with High 5 Casino for over a year now. Ive tried getting two redemptions without any success from them but ended up just giving the money back to them before I could get a resolution with them since they dont allow any on line banking bank transfers. I was told the second time I could use Skrill but would have to make a purchase with it before I could do a redemption to it. Well I couldnt get that to even work after signing up with Skrill but thought maybe I did something wrong but again before I got it figured out I played and lost that $300 or so. However I have been using my Skrill over several months now with absolutely no problems. So again today I went to use it to make a purchase but was not able to but received a message stating there was a problem with the transaction and that now I wont be able to access my Skrill account now for 24 hours. Which is what kept happening the second time I tried to redeem money. But since then with using it with no problems anywhere else I assumed it would work today finally. But again I have money sitting there that I should be able to redeem but their site says theres a problem with the transaction. Not only can I now not do my redemption i won but now I cannot even use my Skrill card. So I am warning anyone who uses Skrill or online banking only DO NOT PLAY ON HIGH 5 because if you win you will never get your money....really sad because I like their platform but they are shady about doing redemptions. I mean I gave them three chances before even saying anything about it here. But I am so irritated and feel so stupid for trusting that it wasnt them and blamed myself the first two times that I allowed them to get more cash out of me and then allowed them to make it impossible for me to get what I rightfully won! I just have to let others know my experience so if they do online banking and Skrill to warn them you wont be able to get any winnings you achieve. Support does nothing to assist me either. If they answer emails at all. After this happening three times over now I should be able to redeem with ease if there was a solution. The solution they gave me was Skrill and now that doesnt work either. Sad sad sad. .to treat loyalty this way! Unbelievable Oh I would like to also add the do accept Coastal Community Bank but again when I tried my OnePay account that is through Coastal Community Bank all I got was another message stating they were unable to make a secure connection to the bank. • I wouldnt give it a star but I had to last week I won 2500 last week and now they dont want to pay me I feel like Ive been robbed they said I had two accounts and I told him to show me proof of the second account not only they didnt show me they dont leave no messages back I left email after email on their website not one person will call me not one person will give me any type of explanation whats going on I never received my money and a bad part about it I put money out of my own pocket to play the game and thats how I run the money and now they dont want to give me the money thats owed to me I feel like thats robbery you can go to jail for that on the street but its okay for them to do it Im not rich or anything like that I was happy that I won the 2500 dollars I was going to go give me a car but it doesnt matter if you aint got money in your pocket and youre a lower class they take advantage of you and I think its very wrong but I advise everybody dont play this game dont mess with that website because you win some money theyre not going to pay you I think its very wrong they cant even be stand up and tell me whats going on and give me a phone call give me a message nothing thats how dirty they are

• I won $300 off of their free play after signing up I then tried to verify to redeem which I was unable to do for some reason I’ve never had an issue on any other platform. (I have signed up for a lot.) I then reached out to customer service they froze my account and later deleted my entire account and it no longer exists. 👎🏻

• I won 170$ after a 10$ buy in a few days later the money is back in my game account they spent days just for nothing and then they want more pictures or my ID and a selfi. And then now I cant log in ok cool I try to reset my Gmail password ohh your Gmail doesnt exist ok. Support the Gmail your messaging doesnt exist.

Highly disappointed

• I am very disappointed. This site has major problems. For one they hold events that the users are not able to get into because their server cannot support the influx of users. Thus the site crashes and you cannot get logged in at all. I finally got in at 8:56 pm PST and guess what?? Event was over before 9pm.I contacted customer support and was told they might have a delay but I do not believe them. I saw nothing. I logged in within the time period and nothing happened. This is very frustrating and wasted an hour of my time for absolutely nothing.Update: it is now 9:47pm PST I have been trying to get an answer from customer service after being told they would send another email out about the event. I have received nothing and all emails to support come back with TIPS on completing the SMS verification. They dont even read the emails.
