So I took a 6 month break
- So I took a 6 month break. On returning the site has changed drastically. They have gotten rid of the heart bingo room and replaced it with a room with expensive ticket prices. Can’t play any of my favourite slots on mini games just rubbish slots available. Don’t even get me started on fair play. All it has done is take. Impossible to build to a decent win on slots. I am so disappointed in the changes made to this site. I used to love it. It was my go to site but I’m sorry but no more.

They then moved goalposts again and wanted statements again extremely intrusive but sent them the same day requested.It’s now been a week they have had all my sensitive paperwork and still no verification complete.When you send them an email or go on chat it’s a generic email saying they can’t give you a timeframe.Quick to ask you for something but not quick to get back to you.
