Worst Customer Service

• Hard Rock Bet is the worst sportsbook in the world. I understand that they are the only legal Sportsbook in Florida so they dont even try to please the customers. My account has been suspended for using multiple devices I went along with all the compliance procedures. I provided all of the necessary documents and they re-opened and then suspended it without no explanation. I have been a customer since the beginning I have also deposited over 40k on this platform and they still treat me like a common criminal no satisfaction no nothing. I cannot wait until there is another legal sportsbook in Florida

Suspended access to $40000 with no reason given!!

• Ive played for months at their online casino and never had a problem with deposits from 2 banks On a really good night including a Major Jackpot I began to withdraw funds to those same banks. All told while I was still playing I made 8 withdrawal requests totaling $40000. Next thing I know my game is frozen and mI got a technical error report. I tried to play other games but always got the same result. So I quit for the night. Next day I checked both banks to make sure deposits from Hard Rock went thru. Nothing. Went back to the website still no access to games. Checked my withdrawal record and found out they were suspended but no reason given. That started a ten day fiasco with support demanding that I send them proof of my accounts at the two banks which I did. Over and over. Notice I had no access to my $40000. After days of this the request came to forward front/back of my auto license and A SELFIE. Sent me a link photod my license took a selfie and got a successful response from the receiving site. Next day message was Not Acceptable send again. Waited for the same link provided the same photos as the day before. Next day suspension lifted. never a reason given for the suspension during the ordeal. Or a persons name only Support Team on the other end of my communicatioins.

• They just blocked my account for no reason. I had bets in I cant check now. I feel like I won because Ive been playing and loosing for a couple weeks now and I was about to check my bets and out of no where they tell me my account is suspended

Hard rock bet = Hard time getting your money

• Decent user interface. But my wife opened an account and hard rock bet suspended the account for some unclear arbitrary reason and basically blocked access to the funds that she deposited along with several bonus bets. Chat agent didnt solve the problem and the response time frame or window said about 1 to 2 days. Meanwhile no access to the account costing my wife time and money. This is clearly unacceptable and I will be avoiding this site like the plague. I suggest that others out there do the same; unless you want your hard earned money frozen and you want to be restricted from wagering. Hard rock bet = hard earned money confiscated!!

I’ve been on Hard Rock Bet for a little…

• I’ve been on Hard Rock Bet for a little over a year. I put in $40-$50 every few weeks for fun. About 6 months ago I tried to withdraw $400 and I received an email from Hard Rock Bet they were unable to complete the withdraw-this is the same account I use to deposit… Without any issue of course. I thought maybe I just made an error and forgot about it… Then 3 weeks ago I tried to withdraw $179… still no money. Right now I’d be very careful using this betting site… Maybe deposit $10 then if you have a little bit of winnings do a withdraw.

• I like the overall platform but I have a real problem with Major League Baseball betting… the fact that total bases are the same thing as hits doesn’t make any sense. They need to change this because a player’s on base percentage reflects how much they get on base not their hits exclusively… so to not include errors walks or anything else is a travesty. You can’t just make up new stats.

• They have software bugs that cheat you after you won unless they are not bugs! Flaw does not pay a bet that ALREADY won when you try to refresh screen they then claim it was cashed out AS IF the win had not already occurred.

• Just stay away. Worst sports book in history. Customer service is absolutely USELESS. Ive done next pitch bets that hit an they said lost. Deleted my account and tried to re-open it months later to robot customer service reps. Complete waste of time. Just another way of ripping people off. Stay away

• This is by far the worst sports book. I used in my life in a month span I deposited over 20k/20 thousand with them. Today I made a bet paid 3600 they offer me cash out of 3167 I clicked cash out this shit gave me 35 dollars . I ask them to fix and rectify situation no one available to do now. Say my vip host will reach out to me they did told me to text them and then no response from them again. Like a scam or pyramid scheme. Then spit in my face and offer me 50 bonus bet for the hassle
