Sent at least 17 different emails and complaints to close account as was depositing too much never get any response just emails with cashback or offers. - No star but cant right a review without 1.I deposited 100 and wound up winning. I dont do bonuses when i play i only play actual. I won over 800 eventually and thought id withdraw. Waited the time specified then contacted support who said can be 7-21 working days which i also waited (didnt understand their reasoning but still waited) Eventually the chqt started cutting me off conversations once they answered with the same mundame answer. I then asked for the 100 quid back rather than the 800+ then they closed my account and the chat dont load anymore. ive also emailed support but they have never answered in the 3months.Send me promo emails tho.The people who have been paid out are very lucky.But DONT TAKE THE CHANCE.
