- I’ve been playing golden genie for awhile now and everytime I’ve won I’ve been paid within a few days. Now I’ve won a good amount of money which is £2200 on the 5th December 2024 I still haven’t received my money. I’ve been told my agents to be patient which I have and waited. - There was a glitch on the site this week and none if the games opened just showed the same error message for all. I had made 2 deposits of £25 in quick succession because they didnt look as if theyd gone through. I saw that they were in pending and when I got onto the chat was told the amounts would eventually show up or be paid back to my bank account. Chat has now been disabled the support email bounces back and the £50 is sitting in pending. TBH reading all the comments I can see I wont see this money again.
